This place is overrated, dated, unclean. Friendly staff but it is quite far from the town centre and it feels more like it is about how you as a customer can help the staff - it is about their needs, not yours as a customer.

Hieno paikka, helppo liikkua lähellä on sekä bussi että kauppa joka on auki myöhään. Pitäjät ovat erittäin avuliaita ja todella katsovat sen perään että asikkaat viihtyvät. Kannattaa ehdottomasti ostaa päivälippu busseihin ja lähteä saarella seikkailemaan. Kävelymatkan lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä sijaitsee todella hyvä ja kohtuuhintainen ravintola

I loved staying at this bnb. The hosts were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Always making sure we were ok and if we needed anything. The breakfast was delicious as well. Would highly recommend!

This is now the second time we've stayed here for the Isle of Wight Festival but equally would be a good base for staying in Ryde. Perfectly accessible, friendly owner and breakfast every day. One improvement would be a fan in the room if the weather is as hot as it was, but such a minor request.

Clean, comfortable and friendly. I skipped breakfast as i had other plans, but I would book again without hesitation.

Stayed a couple of nights for a cycling weekend, nice en suite room with tea and coffee, comfortable bed, good English breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Great hospitality shown to us. Parking at the front, space for 4 cars. It wasn’t busy so we were able to park. Tasty complimentary full English breakfast too!

Lovely place to stay , Carol was brilliant, I am vegetarian but she made sure I had a proper breakfast, my husband had a full English everyday which he said was excellent. Room lovely and clean with nice comfortable bed , great shower too . Welcoming couple . Would definitely go back.

A lovely bed and breakfast in a quiet area. Breakfast was great. They cannot do enough for you.

We had a lovely welcome on our arrival on two days a week apart at the start and end of walking the IoW coast path. We even left a couple of things for the week for safe keeping. Great breakfast and friendly host.

The B&B is somewhat dated but the owner was lovely. Nothing a problem. Breakfast very good Room largely clean and shower perfectly adequate. It was a budget stay so I certainly wasn't expecting luxury. That said, I was pleased given the cost and will certainly stay there again!
