Sebenarnya waktu kita datang, hotelnya sedang diperbaiki. Tapi admin hotelnya baik banget, kita dipindahkan atau dicarikan ke hotel lain, dengan view dan vibes hotel yang bagus bangettt. Sumpah ini pengalaman yang benar-benar menyenangkan menginap di hotel itu.

Great stay at a well-located hotel! I had a really pleasant stay at Sapa Elegance Hotel. Although I arrived in Sapa around 5 a. M. And had to wait about an hour for early check-in, the staff was accommodating. Just a heads-up: early check-in costs an additional 300,000 VND per room. I booked a family room for 4 guests, and it was very spacious—with 2 single beds and 1 double bed, perfect for a group or family. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Sun Plaza Station, which makes it super convenient to explore the area. Overall, it's a clean, comfortable hotel with a great location and helpful staff. Definitely recommend!

We are family of 5.1toddler and 2kids. Get family room in this hotel. Is connecting room with 1big bed and 2 single bed in another room. Is very cheap. This hotel was walking distance to SAPA station/Sun Plaza and SAPA center. Earlier we only plan to stay at this hotel 1night only. But because her kindness. How the way she treat us. Made us so comfortable. Feeling like is a home. So we extend our stay at this hotel and at SAPA. Cool weather. Warm people. Leaving a great memories for us. Will miss you so much Ms. Phuong. Love from Indonesia.

First day we arrive at 6am. This hotel provide a toilet for visitor to used before we can check in. We are travelling with 3kids. Got family room. 1queen bed and 2single bed. With connecting door. This hotel are super cheap and the staff are impressive. Especially. Ms. Phuong. Not only pretty. She have very good heart and help us so much about SAPA information. Family stay here was feel like home. The distance to SAPA station to cable car fansipan only walk distance. Near by only. Near by sapa center. Market. And easy to have food and many shop here. We are so comfortable with the people in this hotel. The only reason we are extend this hotel is. Her kindness. Will miss this city and her so much. Hope to meet her again oneday. Hài lòng. Mức giá ok 850k/ đêm phòng 2 giường đơn. Phòng sách sẽ, tiện nghi, rộng rãi. Vị trí trung tâm Sapa gần nhà thờ Đá, khách sạn Sun World, gần các quán ăn. Nhân viên khách sạn thân thiện Sẽ quay lại

Phòng rộng và thoáng, tuy ghi là 25m2 nhưng mình thấy rộng và thoải mái, sạch sẽ, nước nóng đầy đủ, điều hòa hơi yếu nhưng ở sapa không nóng lắm nên mình cũng không dùng, lễ tân cũng lịch sự và vui vẻ, có 1 con dốc nhỏ phải leo trước khi lên khách sạn nhưng cũng không quá cao, từ khách sạn ra trung tâm rất gần có thể đi bộ thoải mái, đồ ăn sáng hơi ít lựa chọn nhưng vì miễn phí nên mình thấy cũng oki, mình thích ra trung tâm ăn và cafe hơn nên cũng ít ăn sáng ở ks. Năm sau có quay lại sapa thì mình cũng sẽ book lại khách sạn này :)

Khách san sạch sẽ nhân viên siêu nhiệt tình luôn. Đi chơi gia đình hay couple đều tiện vì có nhiều hạng phòng, như mình chọn phòng đôi mà rộng rãi thoải mái. Sáng dậy muộn mà ăn sáng ở khách sạn cũng ngon nha :)) Đi lại cũng tiện rất nhiều địa điểm du lịch nổi tiếng. Lần sau quay lại sapa chắc chắn sẽ book tiếp ạ,

Khách sạn nằm ngay trung tâm chợ tình Sapa, thuận tiện đi Hàm Rồng, nhà ga leo núi. Nhân viên cực kì thân thiện và nhiệt tình, giới thiệu chỗ ăn rất ngon. Mình cho 9/10 vì phòng mình chỉ có đèn ánh sáng vàng nên hơi tối 1 tẹo.

Great place to stay in Sapa, nice and clean room. Me only two people with friend and got a family room with 4 beds, clean and very nice reception woman. She let us used the bathroom even we had not check in because if the morning bus and let us kept our luggage before check in. Great breakfast, love it. The location near the sapa station... Really enjoy stay here. Thanks you
