Very good location really friendly

This hotel is outstanding. We stayed for 9 days and cannot fault anything about the staff or facilities. From the moment we stepped in the door we were welcomed by friendly and professional staff. Orkhan checked us in and provided all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. Javid in the Executive Lounge, tended to our needs and looked after us throughout our stay. His polite and pleasant manner made us feel welcome and relaxed. We checked out with Ramil, a trainee, who gave us a hassle free check out and ensured we had transport to the airport. The breakfast staff were exceptional and the standard of food was exquisite. Catering for all diets and taste. Absolutely recommend this hotel and Baku for a relaxing holiday. Thank you.

Mein Zimmer in der 19. Etage hatte einen traumhaften Blick auf Baku und die flammenden Türme. Perfekte Lage, gleich gegenüber ist die Crescent Mall, Baku Port Mall und die Baku Promenade. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Die freistehende Badewanne mit Blick zum TV habe ich sehr genossen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Hotel location is iconic plus lobby is more modern from my opinion room is more spacious

The staff was amazing. The only feedback was the room was not cleaned properly everyday. The room cleaning staff did not listen and with kids in the room hygiene was not taken care off. Rest the hotel and staff was great.

it was minor issues the bathroom has a sewer smell all the time heating wasn’t working properly but everything else was great

Good Location, Closer to the newer high end shopping districts. 25 Mins away from the old town and museums. Breakfast was very good. Wide selection of offerings.

Beuatiful rooms and had a fantastic view of Baku. Staff were very helpful.

Amazing hotel and staff.

Staff is amazing and really helpful and the room was really clean and the housekeeping staff was great. Only thing missing in the room is a safe besides that amazing property
