As soon as I entered the room, I can already smell the foul odor coming from the bathroom. It reeks of smell of urine. The bathroom is clean don't get me wrong but the odor is just. Ugh. Mapanghi. The rooms soundproofing is poor as well. I ate at Sky Deck, food was just okay. Nothing special about it. If you are a foreigner wanting to try out our tasty and delicious Filipino dishes, this is not the place to go. I'd even suggest just to go to Kuya J 's. Lol Overall tho, aside from the above comments. It was a pleasant stay.

We had a great stay in Bayleaf, the room is fine it’s a bit small but it is ok. The breakfast is also good, but only few selection.

My room was clean, cozy and had a great view of the wall! Food stores are located nearby, and I felt safe enough to stroll around the area at night. Breakfast was simple and straightforward - enough for an average person like me. All in all, definitely got the bang for my buck!

Clean room, close to local heritage within the Spanish ancient area. Though the hotel may need a bit of renovations to give more up to date look. Friendly staff. Indeed I received a surprise of simple cake yet a lovely gesture of kindness from the staff. Feel welcomed. Recommended.

They booked us at room 607. A non window room. Most of the time I stayed in the lobby or the deck but it’s close and opens at 6pm pa

Maybe were expecting better specially we pay for deluxe room but the bed was 2 single. Me and my wife celebrated on our second night as married couple. The room looks like motel, i was expecting more since it is also located at intramuros (were we thought its like kind of a traditional type of hotel) the view from our hotel is a building, so disappointed on that.

It is a homey hotel smacked at the heart of Manila. SM Manila is just across the sfreet for your travel needs and take outs. It is a convenient place for staycation if your itinerary includes all the museums in Intramuros and Luneta.

We called to get a reservation for their Dinner buffet last March 18. I told her the date and she didn't even tell me that walang dinner buffet only from Monday to Thursday. The Main purpose of my booking is to experience their sky deck buffet because its my Hubby's birthday. We had to go to moa to have a dinner buffet and it cost us a lot to book uber from hotel to moa and back. Never coming back

Can't complain bout comfort and cleanliness, was really great and met my expectations. need to improve maintenance however due to obvious chips on wooden floor and missing grout in the bathroom which could harbor mildew which is a great health risk to customers. also, no kleenex? no garbage bin except in the bathroom? customer service in your sky deck and 99 spoons is worst!! I stayed a day just to sleep over in your hotel. obviously, I wasn't dressed for an occasion. no one approached me nor extended greetings towards me in multiple times I went up there. I even had to go to the bar myself to collect the beverage menu. seems like your crew pays more respect and attention to foreigners and guests who are nicely dressed. Even the supervisor on a neck tie does not exhibit the courtesy that his crew must display! I bet none of these crew are living a rich and lavish life so I should have not been treated like a low class citizen just based on appearance. guests are guests and should be treated the same no matter if they are local or not. and your crew should bear in mind that paying guests are the reasons why they exist in your hotel!

Everyone is friendly. The location is great and food is okay. We just got a room with very weak mobile signal and they are not very generous with their toiletries. But I am sure they'd give you more if you asked. But we are overall very satisfied.

Never again will I book again in this hotel. There was smell of cigarette coming out of aircon. They investigated and the smoke came from the other room. We were transferred to other rooms after that incident. I also heard some noise from other rooms. Not sound proof. Not worth the money I spent
