環境優美，服務細心

Hotel is situated in the middle of a park, the closest you can get to by public transport is the gate of the park Andre the hotel will send you a buggy to pick you up. You have to call the reception and wait at the waiting room provided by the hotel at the gate of the park. Check In was reasonable, staff wasn’t too helpful in the process, we ended up getting lost on our way to the room and ended up in the lobby for help again. Rooms were well decorated and clean, beautiful garden, it would be lovely to get a room facing the pond with a patio. Overall it wasa good hotel but it could be a pain getting transport out of the hotel when you don’t have a driver.

酒店环境优雅很适合家人入住，特别是有老人和孩子的特别推荐此酒店。下次了还会入住。

酒店的環境非常好、園林美景、感觉一流、房间整潔、应有尽有、员工服务态度良好、有礼貌、贴心服务、酒店餐厅清洁、早餐食物种类多、美味可口。下次有机会再到桂林、我会再入住这间酒店。非常好、非常好、非常好、非常好、非常好、我很满意。

飯店環境好在植物園內，旁邊有一個廣場，地下樓有超市、電影院。 可從機場坐巴士（RMB 20）到天鵝賓館再坐計程車（RMB10）。 服務態度有待加強，熱水器壞了未主動告知（氣溫7度），早餐廚師態度亦不佳，希望能再改進，除此之外，環境優，有機會會再入住。

nice place, it is inside a botanical garden.

It's the best hotel I stay in Guilin. The quiet and fantastic environment and Chinese style room were really impressed. Room was big and comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful. I will definitely return again if I go to Guilin in future.

整體來說是很愉快，令人感覺舒適放鬆的旅遊假期，雖然在植物圓月清明假日人潮很多。但山坡上傾倒的垃圾，很煞風景!

酒店的服務不錯，是去的時間比較冷，出入到餐廳都會有點凍

1、酒店的环境非常好，坐落于桂林市园林植物园内，安静清雅的园中园；2、由植物园大门口进出都会有随叫随到的摆渡车，很方便；3、工作人员的服务意识很强，态度友善亲切，重视客人的意见与建议，包括前来接机的酒店司机、前台工作人员、餐厅服务员，甚至一位厨师回答我母亲问题的时候都很热心周到，感觉相当好！4、算是唯一的小小遗憾，酒店与当地旅行社合作提供的旅游线路安排，收费偏高，建议还是不要偷懒，去网上做功课吧！……总之，对这个酒店印象很好，已推荐亲友。

这是有史以来，我住过最干净，环境最优美的酒店。大冬天的，室外泳池都是超干净的，露天座椅都是没有一点灰尘。真的超好的。别墅式的酒店，在万树丛中，拐角处又会发现另外一栋，湖水蜿蜒。鲤鱼非常可爱。

酒店的设施，环境，服务都是一流的

La mia esperienza è stata un po’ deludente poiché la struttura era in manutenzione, praticamente disabitata e con un forte odore salmastro. Altra nota negativa, ho contattato la struttura 48 ore prima, come descritto in fase di prenotazione, per avere la navetta aeroportuale e oltre a dovermi arrangiare per arrivare in struttura, sono riusciti a rispondermi quando ormai avevo fatto il check-in dicendomi che potevo utilizzare il servizio DiDi. Non parlavano una parola di inglese, che posso anche capire ma allora perché indicarlo in descrizione????? Detto questo due notti sono passate in fretta per fortuna.

Amazing doesn’t even get you half way! This is an incredible hidden gem in Guilin. Nestled in the middle of the botanical gardens, this hotel is perfect! 10 stars! The staff is warm and welcoming and incredibly friendly and helpful, even for the non-Chinese speaking guests. The staff went above and beyond at every turn. This is a must stay if you get the chance. The rooms are huge the bed and pillows incredibly comfortable. I haven’t slept this well in years. The included breakfast was delicious, they have a pool and a pool table, table tennis and a billiards table as well. Laundry machines which are free for guests. They have it all.

Lovely big spacious room in park setting with attentive service. On arrival, the access to this hotel is a little confusing to English speakers as it’s inside the park and GPS is not accurate. Taxi driver dropped us at shopping mall next door.
