住宿職員好nice，講解詳細，服務態度好好，懷石料理精緻好食，房裡面有室內同室外嘅温泉，怕小昆蟲可以喺室內浸，附近有商店同食肆，亦有好多景點，距離車站大約10分鐘路程，都算方便

The hotel is located in a wonderful location， Just few minutes walk to the Main Street at Arashiyama. Staff provide excellent services and all of them are very helpful. Dinner and breakfast is very healthy and delicious. Rooms and public onsen is very clean. Hotel rate is very reasonable. I am very satisfied with everything in this hotel and I will come back next time when I go to Arashiyama.

The staffs are very friendly, the food is very good. After we check out, the staff contacted us about an item being left in our room. At the end, the staff delivered the item to our hotel in downtown Kyoto. This shows their hospitality and care to their customers. 100% would revisit.

很差勁的體驗。體驗接待的前台衣著不整齊而且沒化妝 太沒禮儀了。房間太小 2人的行李箱打開了就沒位置行走 空調不能調較溫度。公共溫泉只有浴缸的面積 太小太小了 而且室外溫泉的水是冷的 室內溫泉的水是靜止的沒有流動 公共更衣室全地頭髮 完全不能容忍。在公共溫泉沒有飲用水供應 打電話到前台要求 他們說沒有這項服務 太無言了 這麼貴的旅館 拿2枝水都不行。這是我住過最差的旅館。不推薦。

特别棒的岚山温泉酒店！首先是位置非常棒，离中心的渡月桥大概150米，隔壁是辨庆，再隔壁就是米其林三星吉兆，离网红咖啡馆%大约10米，步行到天龙寺大约10分钟。总之是非常棒的地理位置。其次，酒店服务很贴心，每次刚要出门，就已经帮你拿好了鞋子。早晨晚餐都在房里用餐，餐食味道也很棒。房间足够大，公共汤池人很少，有室内和半露天两个池子，基本可以算是独享。房里和浴场配的洗浴用品也都很好很齐全。总之非常推荐，下次来岚山度假还会考虑选择

Best hotel we have ever stayed in, the service was beyond exceptional, place is so clean and nice. And their food is awesome too, totally recommend this place!

离渡月桥150米左右，距离天龙寺和竹林都非常近。酒店环境安静舒适，很喜欢。

酒店的房間很舒適，食物品道很好，是我未食過的食物做法。很推薦此酒店，不過價錢是有點偏高, 若果價不是太考慮的話，一定要住這酒店，一定令你樂而忘返。
