員工熱情友善。房間乾淨安靜。整體來說，很不錯。

房間寬敞，地理位置優越，位於信義區。附近有公車站，步行即可到達藥局。

The room, particularly the bathroom, is very spacious. Chair could be cleaner, and could have been better if the TV was smart TV. Overall it’s a pleasant stay.

Hotel is located just right outside the shopping area near 101 about 15 mins walk. However one can choose to take the MRT too which is located about 5 mins walk from the hotel. Apart from hotel breakfast there is also Starbucks, Sushiro noisy next door and a big Poya store for the ladies to buy their cosmetics needs. Also a supermarket is just around the corner to buy the Taiwanese goodies. Overall not bad if he do not mind paying a bit for transport such as taxi if you prefer not to walk too much apart from shopping. What didn't make them get the 5 Smiles is because it was my birthday on new year and we didn't get to have a lightener borrowed front the hotel. We had to cut my birthday cake without a candle light. The staff does not go to the extra mile when guest need help. Another example to state would be asking for pharmacy the staff just replied “you can search on Google”, maybe it 's because it used to be a club before COVID and then it turned hotel lately as we understand from the cabbies. Hence the difference in providing assistance. But overall stay was okay.
