Receptionist very helpful. Room spacious, clean, and near to market. Will back 🫶.

Kamarnya besar dan bersih. Ada jacuzzi di toilet. Dekat dengan Temple Street/pusat makanan. Dekat dengan MRT. Receptionist juga sangat membantu ^^.

Room is big and very clean. All person were kindly. Easy/close to get food, MTR and Bus 👍.

the receptionist is speak very well english, the room is so big with comfortable bathtub jacuzzi .. last night a bit annoying cause I think there's some electric problem cause the door bell keep ringing few times but no one actually ring it and the air conditioner temperature so hard to adjust cause it keep back to 22c event we make it 25c or even turn off the ac, but its only for last night tho, other than that this hotel is very convenience cause close by to Jordan MTR, bus A22 to airport & so many good breakfast in area, 7 eleven just 1 block away

Ini adalah kesekian kalinya saya menginap di Madera Hotel. Semua tetap sama, sangat menyenangkan. Tapi ada yang mengecewakan, jakuzi pada bathtub tidak berfungsi atau rusak. Padahal itu lah lah yang saya harapkan di penghujung kelelahan saya setelah beraktifitas sehari penuh.

The location is easy to find food. Excellent service in this hotel. Sure come back if I travel again in Hongkong.

Hotel ini tempatnya strategis, dekat rest, depan hotel langsung rest, dekat MRT, dekat temple street dan bersih, dan ada loungenya yang di atas lantai 29 bagus sekali. Bisa lihat seluruh hongkong. Cuma ada catatan. Saya baru kena tipu beli batu mulia di temple street, hati-hati banyak yang palsu.

ห้องพักดีมาก ห้องใหญ่ เตียงนุ่ม ผ้าห่มขนเป็ด ฟรีมินิบาร์ มีแกลเลอรี่สวยๆไว้ให้ถ่ายรูป ทำเลดีมาก เดินทางสะดวกมาก ใกล้ถนนนาธาน จะขึ้นรถเมล์ หรือ MTR ก็สะดวกมาก แนะนำค่ะ

Kamar suite nya Bersih, dengan 2 kamar dan ruangan tamu+TV , Nilai plus juga ada Jacuzzi yang pas untuk memulihkan badan yang lelah setelah seharian berwisata. Staff hotel ramah dan siap menolong. Sekitar hotel ada sevel dan juga banyak pilihan resto dengan citarasa tinggi untuk sarapan - makan malam. Stasiun Mtr Jordan begitu dekat - menanti anda untuk menjelajahi Hongkong yang gemerlap dan energik. Jangan lewatkan pula studio berfoto yang luas - siap menarik anda berpetualang ke sisi lain Kota Hongkong, Gratis!!

Kamar yang saya pesan sesuai dengan foto, yang paling saya sukai lampu yang dapat diatur terang di gelapnya (mood) dan air buat shower yang sangat bagus deras!

Ini ke 3 kalinya saya menginap disini. Pelayanan dan kebersihan kamar tetap masih baik sekali. Sayang kali ini saya salah memesan kamar, jadi ukuran kamar lebih kecil dari sebelumnya. Kali ini saya mencoba sky loungenya good view, tidak kalah dengan view the peak hongkong.

เตือนผู้ที่จะเข้าพัก รร. นี้ ก่อนเข้าห้องควรเช็คของในห้องให้เรียบร้อยว่ามีอะไรหายไปบ้าง ในกรณีเรา เข้าห้องมาในห้องไม่มีโทรศัพท์มือถือของโรงแรม เราก็ไม่ได้คิดมากอะไร คิดว่าโทรศัพท์ห้องเราคงเสีย เราจะไม่ได้แจ้งพนักงาน พอวันเช็คเอาท์กลับไทย ปรากฎว่าโรงแรมบอกว่าเราหยิบโทรศัพท์มือถือของโรงแรมไปหรือเปล่า เราบอกไม่มีไม่เห็น ทางโรงแรมทำหน้าเหมือนไม่เชื่อ คิดว่าเราขโมย มันเป็นการไม่ให้เกียรติลูกค้าเลย พอกันที รร. นี้

The woman at front desk (round chubby face at night shift - sorry forgot the name) who accept us at middle of night arrival. -. PIC who cleaning our room EVERDAY (we had exp at some hotel didn't do that) -. Mr Ian Cheung (front desk) who help us with very important info and suggest the best route. -. The man who stand by at rooftop lounge. 3. Location is very loveable for our standard and itinerary. Very recommended hotel based on our standard

Clean, big room and friendly staff

Very strategically located. It is nearby everything around Kowloon. Near the Airport, MTR, Park, night markets and shopping ceters. You can choose to walk or take a public transport, either way is very convenient The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating and the hotel cleaning staff was very efficient. The hotel is clean. Our stay in Kowloon was very easy because of Madera.

Nice and cozy hotel with excellent staffs I stayed here for 5 nights (1705 and 1905) and it was really a perfect and enjoyable stay. Great location. the hotel is located just 3-5 mins walk from Jordan MTR station and close to several good restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. But. best of all was the hotel staffs for their excellent services. they were so friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. Special thanks to Oliver, Ian and Harvey. Thank You for always being so nice and made my stay memorable. Been in HK several times and stayed at different hotels but this is the first hotel that left deep impression on me. I will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to my family and friends.
