The location was convenient and the breakfast was excellent. However, the room was very hot. I understand that Germany and many other parts of Europe were having a heat wave during our stay, but it would have been very beneficial to offer guests a fan for their rooms.

O hotel é bonito e bem localizado, próximo ao Zugspitze e lago Eibsee. O único problema que tivemos foi a falta de ar condicionado. Visitamos no final de junho e pegamos uma onda de calor oque deixou a noite de sono totalmente comprometida devido à falta do ar condicionado.

Alles gut

Overall the place was a beautiful place to stay. Unfortunately the one item that affected us was that my brother gave them laundry to do and he did not get it back on time. A week has passed and it has not been found. The staff lacked urgency in trying to get it back to him. It was supposed to be sent to a hotel we were staying at in Salzburg but it did not arrive. Still waiting.

Das Hotel liegt schön an einem kleinen See, den man allerdings nur sieht, wenn man auf der Terrasse frühstückt. Das Hotel ist innen sehr schön und modern gestaltet. Das Economy Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig, die anderen Kategorien sehen jedoch auf den Bildern deutlich besser aus. Das Frühstück ist gut - es ist für jeden etwas dabei.

A wonderful hotel with nearby "countryside" restaurants and spectacular nature for hiking and cycling.

Pretty stay

Super Lage und sehr ruhig, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, saubere Zimmer (unseres mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Bergkette), schöner Saunabereich (leider war die Schneegrotte defekt). Wenn man einen negativen Punkt finden möchte, dann könnte es beim Frühstücksbuffet einen "tick" mehr Auswahl geben und die Speisen könnten etwas schöner (vielleicht mit Obst o.ä. garniert) angerichtet werden (das ist aber wirklich jammern auf höchstem Niveau😉) Sonst gibt es an diesem schönen Haus gar nichts auszusetzen!!!

This may be my favorite hotel of all time. I will continue to come back to this hotel for future visits. It is simply gorgeous and has wonderful amenities.

Moderne Zimmer ohne Teppich. Guter, großzügiger Saunabereich.

Great location. Room was spotless. Bed was comfortable and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Will book there again.

Zimmer waren nicht besonders groß, aber ordentlich. Bequemes Bett. Sehr nettes Personal. Die Qualität/Auswahl beim Essen (Frühstück / Abendessen) sollte bei diesem Hotelstandard höher sein. Super Lage vom Hotel, einmalig, besonders schön! Warum man noch für den Hotelparkplatz im Hof zahlen muss, zumal man mitten auf dem Land ist, ist auch nicht verständlich.

grosses Zimmer, sehr sauber. Leider keinen Tee und/oder Kaffeekocher. Für ein Hotel in dieser Preiskategorie eigentlich eine Selbstverständlichkeit.

Hotel was very clean and conveniently located to bus, which is free with stay.

One negative point.: The food offered for the breakfast buffet was unfortunately every day the same and not sourced from the area the hotel is located in. That's not what one would expect from a 4 star hotel in Germany.

Excellent stay at this beautiful property on the lake. The spa is lovely and the lady manager was friendly and a pleasure to converse with 5/5. They also have parking on site for €10 which made it convenient
