Very nice hotel, nice staff, everything is good right on the slope, but the food is very limited.

Great location (ski in/ski out), really enjoy the onsen, but the rooms are looking very tired and nothing like the photos on the website (there was a big hole in the carpet and different furniture to the photos online). Breakfast is also pretty average, but for the price it's a good place to stay.

I haven’t been there due to Covid-19 Outbreak. Hong Kong Alrline flights also. It keeps getting worse ! They don’t understand when I ask for cancel this booking. You’re not professional :(

Everything was OK. This is 2nd time we stay for 3 nights. All food is not change even one menu. Make us so boring for the food. Everyday breakfast just same every year.

They charged fee 9500 yen for the kid. No extra bed.

This place like a fairy tale I love it so much, this place difficult to find food so I just get dinner at hotel restaurant, but if morning or evening you can use gondola and go to Hilton area to find restaurant. Many attraction play near Hilton area such as Reindeer Slide.

The room is ok and spacious but the hotel policy is crazy. We have to pay nine thousand something per night for our nine years old son for sofa bed that we don't even need. And this morning I asked the staff about the bus that going to chitose, first by phone and I am ordered to go down make reservation. After I went down she told me (without asking anything) to wait at the parking lot in heavy snow. When the bus come we can't go in because we didn't have the ticket 😡 so green leaf absolutely not!!!! Niseko is good but green leaf su***. Just take others instead oh and the smoking area will freeze you to death

Luar biasa dan sangat worth of money

Clean and good. Sad point is we must pay tax 150 yen each person each night and each room even we don't use the onsen facilites. Restoran food every days is the same, so boring. Shuttle bus to hirafu dan hilton is the good choice for escape hunting the food.
