離車站很近，入住需要先讀取MAIL才會知道該怎麼入住，房間有點老舊但還算大

We've booked a 2-bedroom apartment for 4 persons. But actually what's provided is one bedroom with double bed & 2 single beds in the sitting room. Must go pass the bedroom to the bathroom or go pass the sitting room to toilet. No privacy at all. Fine for family but not two couples. Toilet is too small as well. Others are fine.

房间整洁而舒适，我们去的时候恰逢18套客房中的11套装修，只有7套还在对外营业。据老板说，我们住的3楼东侧的房间是最大的。很难想象我们住的这套公寓有将近130年的历史，装修风格很简洁而且实用。开放式的厨房方便烹饪和与家人分享。贴心的老板还为我们提供了洗衣机和洗碗机，并且带我们参观了位于顶楼的自家花房和楼顶露台。酒店的地理位置也比较方便，虽然离市中心的大教堂有两站地铁的距离，不过由于离地铁很近，不觉得会不方便。如果还有机会我还会选择这里，尤其是和几个朋友一起的时候。

L'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait. Bonne communication également avec l'avantage d'un appartement accessible grâce à des codes. Dommage l'absence d'une consigne à bagage. Literie confortable. Appartement pratique quand on passe la plupart du temps en extérieur

I would highly recomand this. Location is great, near city centre and public transportation. Clean room. Only complain woyld be the a\c was weak and we would have needed a more powerfull one

La chambre est très bien située (très proche de deux lignes de métro et des quais) dans un endroit très calme. Les instructions étaient claires et complètes. Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour le séjour. Seul petit bémol j'aurais appécié un changement de serviettes après 4 jours environ (pour 7 nuits)

It was lovely. I just wish I knew how to communicate with someone if a problem had arised.

We like this property in generally, almost everything is what we expected: clean, close to metro, grocery nearby, safe and quiet. The only thing we are surprised is there are almost none restaurants and bars in the neighborhood: very different from the apartments of all other European cities we have stayed,

Lovely apartment with everything you needed. Beds were comfy. Only complaint was we couldn’t make the AC come on. Vienna is a lovely, safe and awesome historic location! We did have a bit of a hiccup with access codes, but got it worked out.

Kaum Parkplätze in der Umgebung. Die Tassen hatten leider Kaffespuren. Unter dem Bett waren noch Gegenstände vom Vorgänger und Schmutz. Code Erklärung nicht ganz eindeutig gewesen. Beim Hauseingang den Code beim Check in einzugeben. Hinweis ob Leitungswasser zu benutzen ist, wäre hilfreich. Spülmittel, Duschgel, Küchentücher, Beuteltee, Kaffeepads, Zucker und als Geste Waffeln waren vorhanden. Die Kommunikation per Mail war problemlos. Spät Check In war problemlos und möglich.

Ottima struttura abbastanza vicina al centro. La casa pulita con tutto ciò che serve, in una srada tranquilla con facilità di parcheggio. La zona offre comunque diverse possibilità per la ristorazione o intrattenimento serale. Molto vicino alla metropolitana.

Lejligheden var ren og fin, men billederne på hjemmesiden er ikke fra den enkelte lejlighed, så derfor er man ikke sikker på hvad man har lejet før ankomst.

Honestly this was not for us. I should say it was extremely hot in Vienna when we arrived. The unit was 30 deg C inside. We enquired about renting an AC unit. Let me save you some money… it was incredibly loud and only lowered the temperature to 27 by the morning. The bathroom is strange, with the shower in one room and toilet in a separate, tiny, poorly ventilated closet. Also, the wifi is unusable. Given all these issues, we checked out early, and to my knowledge did not receive even a partial refund. I think if you are visiting in cooler weather, don’t need wifi, and don’t mind no ventilation in the toilet, this is in a good quiet spot with good proximity to the underground train station Schottenring. But if you’re a family of 2 adults and 2 young adults, find something else.

Absolutely horrible experience, would not stay here again

There was plenty of room for three people, and it was clean. It was a short walk to the Schottenring U-bahn station, so public transportation was easy. The owners were quick to respond as well.

Fast response from the owner. The kitchen sink was blocked when we came, but it was rapidly fixed. Same went for the broken mixer unit for the shower (dusch armatur), they came and changed it pretty fast. Overall nice stay for us, with a very central location!
