Suite pour les enfants ; enfants devaient coucher sur un sofa avec des tâches de moississure on ne considère pas comme cela comme un 2ieme lit. Site ayant besoin de rafraichissement notamment peinture des balcons. Massage qui ne vaut pas le prix demande.

We booked a room overlooking the lake and immediately asked for another room because there was an overwhelming smell of something leaking or chemicals. We unfortunately did not get another room with the lake view, but the staff was very helpful and site had its perks. Food at the restaurant was amazing! The beds were very comfortable, but didn’t appreciate all the loud cars and motorcycles doing top speed in front of the hotel after midnight. That was the major disadvantage of being on the street side. Would definitely go back, only if I could guarantee that I got a lake side with no toxic smell.

For the most part the resort is really lovely and staff are welcoming. I do want to call out that I had booked two rooms under same reservation. The couple we were travelling with arrived before me and checked in. They were told that they could use rooms beside each other but would be very close (one room apart) I was told the same thing when I checked in but we realised we were staying on completely different floors. When we went back to ask about this, the front desk doubled down on there being no other rooms available. It was really disappointing. The floor we were staying it was clear the rooms were empty on either side. Seemed just like a really weird thing to not let us have rooms beside each other, especially as it was made under one reservation. Think the resort should do a better job at this.

Make use of the Lido thermal experience and Nordic Spa!

A good 4.5 stars. Restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner are good. Shoutout to Dominic at the omelette station. He gives an excellent service. The young man at the activity centre(fresh towels), with shaved hair, also gave an excellent service. Room was clean. Bathroom as well, except a couple spots on the bathroom walls. Some towels were stained, but the staff were quick to fix the situation. Certain beams supporting balconies need a little TLC & paint, so does certain outdoor baths. The hooks could also be more spaced from each other. Outdoor staff could also be more attentive to kids being in the Adult-Only pool, and wet towels on the ground for multiple hours. You get a sense that with more minute attention to detail, the place could be a 5 stars. We were not accompanied by children, but there could be more activities planned for them. Although it’s a resort, with the wine tasting and other activities more adult focused, I would not recommend going with children. It’s more of a relaxing couples vibe. All in all, I recommend this establishment and I had a good relaxing time.

More like a convention center than a resort for couples. The walls are really thin and restaurant are okay, but not worth the price.
