The hotel is like a palace!! Love the hotel so much!! With a small swimming pool can chill in the morning! The staffs are helpful and nice! I need to check out the hotel at 6am in the morning to continue my journey, and the staffs helped me prepare a very nice breakfast box for us to take away! Really appreciate it! Thank you so much!

Une très belle étape dans notre roadtrip marocain: un palace avec beaucoup de charme, très bien entretenu, superbement décoré... Un vrai bonheur après une longue badade dans la Médina. Le restaurant et le bar au rooftop sont également très agréables. Un Palais digne de ce nom!

Si vas a Fes, debes hospedarte en este hotel ! Es el más lindo y mejor ubicado. El desayuno es muy rico y el personal maravilloso. El spa es increíble!!!

Nous avons passé un séjour paradisiaque dans ce magnifique établissement où chaque recoin est un plaisir des yeux. Le confort, la prévenance et l’efficacité du personnel, le généreux buffet, le délicieux restaurant l’Amandier ( digne d’un étoilé), le bar en roof top, … tout est parfait.

I have an official complain as we were there for 3 days and there was on particular experience at a roof top bar. We are vegetarian
