I was happy good just it takes time for the place to be cold.

Nice and comfy room with toilet, can get noisy if raining, due to the raindrops pattering, and wild dogs barking. However the room is very clean, and reception staff is friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

In term of comfortable yes I like it. But for me it's quite expensive because they just provide basic things just like other normal resort.

The white/yellow lighting is too little and dimmed. the other main lighting is blue :( The cleanliness is acceptable. The location is great as it is just a few walks away from 24h McD, ZON duty free and Cenang Beach.

Second time stay here. I like the environment and room very much. Just walk few minutes can reach Cenang beach, Underwater World and Cenang Mall. Definitely stay here again!

Good location as it near to the beach and restaurant plus duty free shop. The staff were accommodating and friendly.

hotel was ok, I check in early on 2.30pm, no charges but if you check out a bit late between 12.15pm to 2pm, it will charge you rm50..very worst, if you checkout between 2.01pm to 6pm, it will charge you rm100

Konstruksi bangunan semi permanen, letak kamar dengan loby jauh dan terpisah sehingga akan kehujanan, lokasi dekat dengan pusat keramaian di Cenang, kebersihan cukup baik, tetapi pelayanan staf sangat buruk dan dingin prosedur check-out sangat lama, memeriksa barang di kamar satu demi satu memastikan tamu tidak membawanya dan tidak peduli kami ketinggalan pesawat

I book an executive room - called Chalet here. Spacious and clean. Basic stuff. Near many restaurants but quiet. Reasonable price for what we get here.

We stayed for 10 days. We loved room 105. A day before check out, we were moving to other room (112). We didn't like it. The blue light was not nice at all. Overall was okay. will come again but will ensure we were not given the room with blue lights. Weird.
