Budget choice with convenient location and easy access to different attractions and supermarket

這次入住5樓閣樓房，一層兩間而已，空間蠻大，有小廚房，餐具齊全，也有餐桌，書桌，沙發，客廳跟房間各一台電視，非常適合小家庭。唯一缺點是燈光比較暗。

We loved our stay. Our room was one of the 5th floor apartment style rooms which was unique and let us spread out a bit. The kitchenette was welcome. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the decor. Safe convenient area. Easy walk to the main train station and a large Coop.

Room did not have AC unit if you open the windows to cool the room you hear the street noise from cars and trams making it difficult to sleep.

Cool old property with a fun vibe. The hotel has been upgraded but a lot of the original features were retained!

We stayed in the Junior Suite and it offered a nice layout for a family of 4. The location walkable to the Old Town and there was a delicious restaurant in the building.

Great location. Room was clean and comfortable.

Ótima localização, perto da estação principal e de transporte público. Tamanho do quarto é bom, o que pecou foi na limpeza e em algumas comodidades. São elas: Quarto é na chave ainda e não cartão, caso esqueça de girar a chave o quarto fica aberto. Limpeza não é legal, encontramos cabelos, que não eram nossos, no banheiro após a limpeza diária. Não ter recepção 24h não é bem um problema, mas dificulta algumas comodidades. A entrada ser uma porta comum, para quem vem com malas é sempre uma dor de cabeça. No geral, é um bom hotel, mas existem pontos a melhorar.

Ci siamo trovati molto male, abbiamo prenotato un doppia large e ci siamo trovati con una stanza di media dimensione con un condizionatore mobile con tubo penzoloni da mettere fuori lasciando la finestra aperta. Alla richiesta di avere una camera con condizionatore standard ci hanno detto che erano full booked e non c'erano altre disponibilità, nonostante avessimo prenotato mesi prima. L'unica soluzione è stata di mettersi in una stanza molto piccola ma con condizionatore standard. Non abbiamo ricevuto né scuse né rimborso per la differenza di camera assegnata. Avevamo prenotato 2 notti, ma dopo la prima siamo andati via perdendo i soldi della seconda notte, senza avere un minimo rimborso ne una richiesta di scuse. Struttura inadeguata rispetto a quanto propone sia su hotel.com, sia sul proprio sito web. Oltretutto costa esageratamente rispetto a quel poco che offre. Sconsigliamo vivamente di soggiornare in questa struttura.

Perfect for short trip

It’s a good property except of 1 thing for me which is the portable air conditioning as it was so loud. I was told that the built in ac isn’t working because the building is old. We had to turn that machine off before sleeping because of the noise. Positives - walking distance to old and central are including Zurich HB + Dining options around. People at the Reception was nice too.

We were on the top floor and the air conditioner did not work. Had to sleep in 80° plus room. They did give us a small portable unit that didn’t help. Pretty miserable experience.

Stay away from the Suite room on top floor as there is a roof deck where they throw private parties with noise past midnight. Not ideal for families!

Small tiny rooms. Otherwise all good

Sehr zentrale Lage, schönes Hotel mit Restaurant und Bar. Licht im Zimmer könnte besser installiert werden, kein Leselicht vorhanden.

The receptionist was very good and helped with all the essentials for my baby and room was compact and hotel was in the center of zurich and had very good public transportation tram near.

The property is in good condition and located in a good area. It is accesible to various places around the area, which is very nice.
