The owner Tiggy and Peter were real nice, room is clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is also very good. I will definately recommend this B & B to my friends.

Very nice place to stay, and very friendly owners

We stayed at Orchard House before and after a wedding at South Farm. Tiggy and Pete were very accommodating, friendly and had a lovely place for me and some friends to stay. We stayed in the family room which was spacious and the bed was super comfy. There was a good continental spread as well as the option of a full English if you wanted it (which was delicious too!). It was also walking distance into Royston, which was a lovely place with some nice pubs and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely room, clean and a homey feel to it. The bed is a superking size and super comfy!! Hosts were very friendly and helpful. We only had a light breakfast, which included lots of choices (cereal, toast, yogurt, fruit etc). We would definitely recommend Orchard house!

Host was friendly, and very talkative at breakast in the morning. Facilities were clean, and the bed I slept in was extremely comfortable. The only downside was that you could hear everything from the other rooms, including conversations, television, and other noises.

All in all we had an excellent stay and would come again if ever back in the area.

The room was very clean and the house is silent. The TV turned on by itself, which is a bit unusual. I enjoyed my time there, and I will definitely stay again if I am in the area—very good host and very attentive to our needs.
