Room looked exactly like the photos online. I had a problem with the sheets, I saw some stains so I called room service they were fast enough to replace the sheets. I think the carpet needs to be cleaned very well. Needs improvement on the cleanliness. Breakfast was superb. Big portions.

Spacious room, less than 10mins to SM MOA if no traffic, delicious breakfast plus free media noche and accommodating staff...definitely will come back.

This hotel is perfect for staycation. They have very polite employees. Also food in the cafe mondo is very delicious and satisfying. Rooms are big and the bathroom too. Definitely a must try hotel.

I lost my bag, I didn't know where I've left it. Until I checked all my pictures, only then I saw my bag was left in the Pool Deck. It was almost 5hrs since I lost it. But when I went back to get it, It was still there. The staff kept it safe the whole time. Further, when we checked out, the staff informed us, the we left something again, this time it was the cellphone. But then again, they gave it to us. I appreciate the hospitality and the quality of their service. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you!

The room was clean and very spacious, great value for the money. The staff were friendly. We will definitely come back in February.

We checked in at around 10:30 pm after we went to the bazaar in the nearby mall. We only waited for about 5 mins before the staff confirmed our reservation and then we went to our room. Everything was perfect, the room, staffs and most especially the food. Our stay here was utterly unforgettable. The only downside was, I saw a small cockroach inside the tissue box which freaked me out. But overall i'd give it 4.5 out 5 stars.
