酒店員工非常體貼周到。我把充電器落在了房間裡，回來的時候，客房服務團隊已經幫我把充電器綁好並整理好了。晚上他們還幫忙打掃了房間。特別感謝客房服務團隊，他們讓我們的住宿更加舒適，並送了一個非常可愛的玩偶讓我們帶回家。也要感謝辦理入住時幫忙搬運行李並送到房間的員工。感謝前台的Amy，她幫我們辦理了入住手續。感謝Glenda，她微笑、耐心地向我們介紹了健身器材，並帶我們參觀了酒店。感謝電梯附近的員工，他們總是幫我們按下電梯按鈕，並且總是帶著微笑迎接我們。也要感謝禮賓團隊，他們在我們退房那天幫我們寄放行李，並在我們攜帶很多東西時幫我們叫了出租車。最後，早餐非常棒，種類豐富，服務也很周到。工作人員總是主動詢問我們是否需要飲品，並為我們調製，即使飲品吧台已經擺放著琳瑯滿目的酒水供我們選擇。總而言之，入住澳門康萊德飯店的體驗非常棒，如果有機會，我一定會再入住。

Overall very good and recommended. Hotel location in front of Venetian hotel with free shuttle bus to ferry terminal, airport and the some other places in macao and taipa. Check in process is fast and staff were very helpful. Room was great with large beds and very comfortable. Love this hotel!

Very great stay! Their hospitality is superb. My husband & i were having a honeymoon trip and Conrad gave us a free upgrade. The Eiffel tower from Parisian hotel was the view from our room. There were teddy bear and complimentary cake from Conrad. Absolutely will come back and stay again at Conrad Cotai Macau.

Great experienced...stayed one night only with my family. Booked ticket through hotel concierge for king of monkey show which is a great show too. Anything you need, just call or go directly to concierge desk. They will assist you as much as possible with a smile. Recommended.

Ok banget. Cuma transportasi kurang sedikit. Kalau yang lain kan ada bus terminal. Tapi bagusnya juga, hotelnya tidak seperti yang lain kaya pasar
