Loved the breakfast and pool!

While trying to have a nap before the concert had a full team of hockey players playing stick hockey in my hall way, with sticks knocking against my door… then had to walk through that to get to the concert… not sure why that was allowed for over an hour. Also no way what so ever to recite

The beds weren't comfy but the room was clean and the breakfast was delicious.

Only issue with room was there was blood on the blind. Reported it to the front desk due to its health hazard. No one ever came up to look at it during my stay.

The staff were excellent at check-in, the room was nice, and the breakfast was good. The reason there's one star missing is that the front person at the checkout was on the phone for 10+ min and didn’t even make eye contact to acknowledge that I was waiting.

The room was roomy and spotless. The breakfast was excellent. Service was good. The only suggestion I have is to not clean the pool at 11am. Maybe move it to 12pm when most people are eating lunch. We had to leave the pool at 11 and check out at 12. My grandson wouldbhave loved to stay in the pool a little longer. Other than that, everything was great!

Rooms are showing their age. Frayed carpeting and dirty vents. There was a ziplock bag over the smoke detector. The floor I was on was party central. People running through the halls until midnight, screaming, drinking, etc. Not sure why I was placed among those people as the hotel was basically empty.

I really enjoyed the breakfast I did not give it five stars because of the excessively high charge for the room. There was an international hockey tournament on that weekend. There were few rooms to be had anywhere, and the hotel charged 40% above its usual rate. I would have understood a 25% premium, but 40% was predatory
