The owner and staff are fully attentive in services. The hotel Property is great in nature. At night you can see fireflies at your terrace. Fantastic!

Everything is excellent, except breakfast. Normally, if you said free breakfast, should come with breakfast buffet, or if you offer to serve by breakfast set, guest should be able to order some more main dish item (in the set you offered) with free of charge. I've ordered more for 1 boiled rice, 2 croissants and one eggs. Then, we have to pay 500Bht more when check-out, and staff never inform on this when I order.

We particularly picked this place since we rented a car for our ChiangRai trip, and would love to explore the beauty in the countryside. The experience of staying in a true (organic) rice field is extraordinary. We were lucky to see both the resort in absolute sunshine as well as in foggy autumn rain. There are only 10 bungalows, which luxuriously leaves plenty of lush to only a handful of customers. The hotel is co-owned by a French young man, Frances, who greets and chats with you during breakfast area. He is especially accommodating when we requested to leave a bag of charity gifts for a child care center in Mae Salong. I like the views from the dining area to the skyline, from the paths to the bungalows, from the room towards the rice patty fields, and even from the bathtub in the room! The bungalow has floor-to-ceiling windows, which admits plenty of natural lights. Do expect lots of insects and sounds from the nature since it is literally in the middle of the rice fields where rice is being harvested and is for sale/cook later. The mattresses are very comfortable that we had a good sleep after a super tiring drive back from the Mae Salong in a rainy dark evening. Pro: Views, Views, Views! bungalow setting, friendly staff Con: remote location (takes Google plus very good eyes to find it), little breakfast variety, cleanliness (more lemon grass or the equivalent to rid of insect in the room?!)
