I had never stayed in such an awful hotel at such a high price, we have to share bathroom, and there is nothing in the bathroom except one roll of tissue paper. We can hear the noise from the next room easily, the carpet is old and dirty. It is very far from the airport and very hard to find. I spent 25 ponds to grab to car to the hotel and spent another 18 to the nearest station in Slought. We want to leave the hotel as soon as possible, but the landlord is unhappy with our early check out, like we woke her up too early, however, we had already waited till 7am thought we woke up at 6am already.

**Note: you can not book in to this hotel after 10pm** this makes it useless for last minute airport bookings. It also appears to be a shelter for homeless or alcoholics. The decors considerably outdated, walls are thin, you could hear the tvs of multiple rooms playing loudly even at midnight. One man, smelling of alcohol and carrying cans of beers was acted aggressively in the hallways. The owner would not respond to the phone number supplied and still ignores all communications. Avoid at all costs.

The other people were very noisy til all hours.The receptionist gave us a free upgrade[very kind] but the noise of the other customers was unrelenting[worse than the constant planes!

When we arrived, the room had not been ventilated on a hot day. Room very hot couldn't sleep. Booked because close to Heathrow had to leave windows wide open for some breeze. is very convenient to get to Heathrow. Towels the hardest we experienced on 2 months of travelling B and Bs around UK.

Klam værelse med seng og husholdningsapparater, der burde være kasseret. Kl 04:30 am begynder flyene at flyve hen over huset - meget larm og slut med at sove !

The room I checked in to had a strong smell of fume or fuel. After reporting, nothing was done. The staff said he couldn’t smell anything. He advised me to use air freshener!

I stay away from home a lot due to work and this was the worst experience ive ever had. When checking in, i had to wait 10 minutes or so for someone to show up at the reception then when he came they demanded a copy of my ID and £20 as a deposit for a key. Without both i wouldnt be able to check in despite having paid upfront for the accommodation. I didnt have either on me so i had to mess around emailing a photo of my driving license and bank transferring £20 to enable me to check in. He told me that these requirements were clearly shown on the advert until i showed him their advert on Hotels.com which didnt mention it at all. He then insisted it was on all the others but judging by other comments on here it obviously isnt. Once i had left i had to chase them several times via whats app to get my £20 sent back to me. I will never stay here again and strongly advise everyone else to not do so as well. The whole thing stinks of scam. Also, the bed was rock hard and not a great nights sleep. Do not believe any positive reviews you read about this place.

Arrived 10pm after getting a little misplaced in area, but was welcomed and shown to our room. Lodgings a bit dated, but for an overnight stay before heading to the airport it was great. Twin room with en-suite was just what was needed. TV, Kettle with tea and coffee, fan, and towels provided. Couple of things to note: 1. They ask for ID of main guest and take a picture of it 2. They ask for a £20 deposit for the key, it is returned when you check out, after they check the room 3. They are really, really close to Heathrow and you will hear planes until 23:55, when night flights end and they start back up about 4/5am I assume they have had guests leave with keys or left room in a mess in the past, which makes them cautious. Overall, a nice place, good location and friendly staff - will be adding to my list of LHR stop-overs

The property is not real. They scammed me and Expedia will do nothing. Do not book this place nor use Expedia as they won’t even attempt to rectify the situation.
