I had a pleasant day in Smile Hotel Namba, the service there was excellent, the receptionist was very friendly and I had a really good stay there.

Very cozy rooms. Very close to a station with direct access to tourist hotspots such as Dotombori and Amerikamura.

I really don't mind and understand if the hotel is small and cramped for the price , but when it comes to cleanliness, it is something they have to sought for. I came across their aircon and bathroom exhaust and found it was almost never maintained for quite a long time. When I turned the aircon, there were dust blown into the bed and I decided not to turn it on ever again. On 2nd day, the bathroom also turned smelly for no reason. On the bright side, it is easy to get here by walking / bus.

Hotel yang cukup fasilitasnya, ada pemandian dan tempat cuci baju yang lengkap dengan dryer dan setrika papan. Service hotel juga sigap 24 jam. Menurut saya sih ini hotel budget yang juara.

Room is small but clean. Only one hotel staff speaks English, but all are helpful.

Super easy access to subway, not too near but not too far to reach (less than 5 mins walking distance). Very clean and friendly. If I were to re-visit osaka, this hotel will be my first choice.

Hotelnya bagus, bersih, nyaman, aksesnya gampang, tidak menyesal pilih hotel ini.

Lokasinya bagus, dekat stasiun, tapi kamar sudah kelihatan tua, kurang terawat dan fasilitas minim, bahkan air minum juga tidak ada. Jadi terasa kurang memuaskan, tidak sebanding dengan harga yang ditawarkan.
