The place is beautiful. The people is nice. The breakfast is good. But there is a bit noisy when someone walk outside the room.

非常近滑雪場的一間小旅館，旅館的早餐和晚餐都很好，款待熱情，態度好，能協助旅客處理租用滑雪用具。附近有美味的 hamburger , pizza 餐館, 整體住得愉快。

因為我搭乘JR，服務人員告訴我，當天沒有車直達二世古，轉車也不行，所以我改換函館過夜，真是掃興呢…

Good location, just 3 min walk from Annupuri. Houseowner is very nice - willing to provide free ride to / pickup from JR station up to 4pm everyday. The breakfast and dinner are of very good quality (and not expensive at all). This is our first time to try skiing and the houseowner proactively found a Cantonese coach and booked the ski gear for us! What a nice service! Really enjoy the stay here! Will stay here again if we visit Niseko!

老闆人很好很和善，房間打掃的很乾淨，因為一些問題被升級到一個有廚房使用的房子，很舒適，可惜這次沒品嚐他的手藝，下次要試試

由新千歲機場自鴐大約3小時才到達，已經是晚上7時多，店主非常親切詢問我們吃了晚飯嗎？還幫忙致電附近一家燒烤店留座晚膳，好體貼喔！要注意因為附近為山區，食店都早關門，而附近溫泉也是營業到大約9時。可向店主租用滑雪用品及他會介紹滑雪教練，收費比滑雪場便宜。早上還駕車帶我們到雪場，回程可步行回民宿大約10分鐘。附近風景優美，下次也會再選擇入住。

A nice place to stay, all staff are very hospitality, nice food. But no toilet in the room is a very important matter.

離滑雪場超近，民宿人員都很好，非常熱情。房間溫馨舒適，窗戶大又美麗。稍嫌晚餐貴了點但好吃其他都很棒喔~

The Milky House owner, Nishio San is a super nice guy. He suggested and arranged different activities during my stay. The room itself is comfortable but may be a bit noisy during the peak season. The food made by Nishio San and his staff are incredibly delicious. I have a wonderful and memorable stay at Milky House, will definitely choose Milky House again for my next stay at Niseko.

Loved staying at Milky house, would definitely stay again. It's a 10-minute walk to the Annupuri Gondola, had a cute little bar on-site for great apres drinks and a food cart that was there each evening. In addition the dinners and breakfast served at Milky were amazing! The staff were so kind and accommodating.

I rated them excellent on everything, especially customer service thanks to a medical emergency. They helped out with immensely. The one area that was a little bit more challenging was the fact that it’s an older building and you have to expect some idiosyncrasies but was well maintained. The location and staff are what stand out most!
