Staff is good and helpful. Just only one point to make me very unhappy. I visit Ｈotels.com to look for the room photo and see the room have balcony (it's my main reason why I reservation for this hotel). After check the room is no balcony at room. I'm discuss with front desk and they inform me not every room have balcony and today no any balcony room is available. If you need balcony room, you can pay AUD100 upgrade it. It's looks hotels.com cheat me. If not every room have balcony need remind for customer.

Hotel close to the elderly care center, good for us to visit my mother-in-law. The cooking machine in the room seems not strong enough, it took a long time to prepared our dinner.

Convenient and flexible

Hotel looked in need of significant renovation. There were stains on the lobby furniture. In my room there was a spill in the fridge that had not been cleaned up, and there were stains on the carpet. The lack of power points made it difficult to charge my electronics. The bathroom looked worn out, and the bathtub had dents and cracks in the enamel.

The bathroom was pretty old and grotty. Bath tub stained. After hours check in was a bit of a hassle too. Signage for where to park while checking in was hard to see in the dark and I ended up going round the block. Then not clear where to go in the car park etc. I was very tired and every extra difficulty was a bit mick! Also we asked for two rooms close together and they were quite a long way apart which made it difficult when staying as a family.

The property was absolutely filthy, the room had so much dust in it, the pool looked like it had never been cleaned, the car park had a bunch of old damaged cars in it and there was rubbish all around the car park. The room had a disgusting stale smoke smell which made our clothes smell, the cutlery and crockery was a mis-match of different styles and the paint was flaking off the walls onto the carpet. There was a food stain on the cupboard just left there from a previous guest, the sheets had old food stuck to them and it was a disgusting hovel. I took photos to share if I can somehow post them somewhere. For your reputation, please Expedia, remove this property from your website.

The staff on duty on the 27/9/25 to 28/9/25 was very helpful and professional. The room was perfect and self contained ( that was what I was impressed about.) You rarely have self contained units or rooms this days. Wouldn’t mind booking Nesuto in the near future soon.

Great stay out of the city and so nice sleeping amongst leafy suburb. Had a great sleep minimal noise and comfy with kitchen set up. Parking underground mostly empty, thought it prob should have been free considering. Overall good stay.

The room was well equipped and comfortable. Friendly front desk and easy, secure parking. But some maintenance is required - cockroaches in the dishwasher, balcony door was hard to close and lock, carpet needs cleaning and toilet paper and soap holder fittings need to be resecured.

Check-in had to phone, didnt have my resevation. Nervous wait for someone to assist. Checkout was frustrating. Dropped key in box, then realised need key to get to my car via lift. Luckilly could fish out a key to get out. Nice place but communication was lacking.

A great property close to the location I was visiting. Very safe and quiet for my family and comfortable beds!
