The standard of hotel was exceptional. Excellent assortment of options for breakfast. Rooms immaculate and very spacious. Staff were so friendly and helpful nothing was a problem

Such a great view of the Mattehorn mountain, specially at sun rise. Very friendly staff. Good location. Everything was spot on.

Overall a great property with admirable rooms. The front desk can do a better job. At present the front desk fails miserably in comparison to their peers in Holiday Inns and Marriott hotels in their interaction with their guests !!! Overall a great stay with a nice breakfast.

J'ai pu sejourner à nouveau à la ginabelle, le renouveau est spéctaculaire. L'espace SPA est trés réussi avec beaucoup d'espaces et de l'entimyté. Le restaurant est de trés bonne qualité et le buffet du déjeuner trés bien préparé avec mention spéciale pour la Egg Station que même sous énorme pression arrive a délivrer des superbes plats trés rapidement.. la chambre rénové trés fonctionelle. Bonne couverture de chaines internationales et chaines interne de Zermatt Info en canal 1. Bonne expérience et hôtel à revisiter!

We had a fantastic stay at Resort La Ginabelle. The location is excellent — just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The complimentary shuttle to and from Zermatt station was a great convenience. The staff were consistently warm and helpful — from reception to housekeeping to the breakfast team. Housekeeping made sure our room was always spotless, especially while we were out. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide selection to start the day right. A lovely bonus was the kids’ room, which our toddler really enjoyed. It made our stay even more family-friendly. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming base in Zermatt.

Excelente hotel, piscinas formidáveis (interna e externa aquecidas), limpeza, café da manhã fantástico, localização top e como era aniversário de minha esposa, nos deram um upgrade de quarto que parecia uma casa!! A única coisa que me chateou muito foi o garçom que nos recebia no café da manhã. Exigia o local onde deveríamos nos sentar e de uma forma muito ríspida, não gostei!

Beautiful view great location, beautiful room

This resort is so beautiful. Since we got there the customer service was amazing. The resort was very accommodating to all our necessities from spa, dining, transportation and accessibility to near by attractions. I would love to come back and visit. Highly recommended

Resort La Ginabelle blew me away in a variety of ways! The staff was incredibly present, attentive, and kind. Our surprise upgrade on arrival to a suite with a view of the Matterhorn was spectacular. The breakfast buffet rivals that of a number of globally renowned five star hotels. And, of course, the spa (after a day of hiking) is the cherry on top. I can't recommend this hotel enough, especially with the exceptional service that helped us catch our train 7 minutes after checking out. If you're in Zermatt, don't want to stay on the shopping street, and want an amazing accommodation, Resort La Ginabelle should be a top choice.

First consideration if ever traveling to Zermatt again! Staff, facilities, property 10/10

It’s an awesome property. Their staff is also welcoming and helpful. I loved their breakfast as they had many options for vegetarians as well. Highly recommend this property if you are visiting Zermatt.
