Unfortunately I didn't see the tragedy of our room until very late at night. The bathroom was filthy, hairs everywhere, mildew and mold on the walls/ceiling. Fan does not work in there. Beds were not comfortable, and on a base that squeaked every little movement that was made. The power button on the remote didnt work, but somehow if you hit netflix it turned the tv on, but to turn it off, I had to get out of bed and unplug it. The mini fridge wasn't cold. The room however, was freezing and we couldn't get the air to stop running. Quite the disappointment.

It was ok. Was just there to sleep and shower before leaving in the morning. The dresser had a drawer that didnt fit right. There was what looked like a spagetti sauce stain on the bed cover. Blanket was very thin. When i went to check out there was a line of people waiting for serive and nobody at the desk or answering the phone.

The door to our room was ajar upon check-in. No towels. No fresh clean scent.

For an inexpensive one night stay, facility was adequate for my need. Motel could use some refreshing smelled a bit musty.

For an inexpensive hotel room it was very nice. It was easy check in the room was nice and was clean very quiet. Perfect for what I needed. The coffee in the lobby was also very good!

The initial room had no chair in it, but the receptionist at the desk changed my room, and I had no further issues. I had a good computer chair, a comfortable bed, and quiet air conditioning. Plenty of space to store clothes too. I was particularly happy about the bathroom. The shower was well lit, had a good shower head, and the water stayed a consistent temperature. I also got a quiet room, away from any noisy washing machines, but still close to the elevator. The hotel is 6 miles from downtown Pittsburgh, so it's cheap and quiet. All told, I was very pleased by the hotel.

Lovely staff, helpful and friendly, BEST HOT WATER, good parking, secure, quiet area, per friendly, wonderful stay all around!!

The property was clean, but run down and many things broken or not working. Tv was possessed, AC only half worked. Missing the refrigerator. Drawers missing. Shower spewed water on the ceiling. Only got soap, no conditioner. Only 2 towels had to get more. No bags for the ice buckets.

A little tricky to find, as it is right by a couple other hotels and the GPS might not pick it up well. Much of the parking is on a slope, and the flatter parking areas fill up quickly. Your are obstructed by turning left onto the property if you coming on McKnight road that direction, so you either have to drive a couple miles past it and then turn nack, or your GPS will take you on to some very narrow, windy, easily missed side streets in order to bring you to a point where you can turn left onto McKnight to get right by the hotel. It is clean and very nice price. Also, if you are a church person and there on a Sunday, there is a large evangelical church within a block, basically right on connected properties you can easily walk to.

No room service in 3 days. Only 1 wash cloth. Shower curtain did not close so water all over floor causing slick wet floor. Loose toilet seat. No amenities, no guide channel on tv,unfriendly staff. Not worth the price. This place should shut down. Will not recommend to anyone.

Awful stains everywhere, including the hallways. Smelled like cigarettes & pets. Dressers & cabinets were broken, missing pieces. Cigarette burns in sheets. Stains on walls. Headboard was broken. Definitely would not recommend. I would go out of my way to recommend someone stay elsewhere.

Very Quick and friendly

It's built on the side of a mountain. It has virtually no entrance. Parking is on a cliff. It smelled like smoke.

A nice hotel

Rm 204 had no smoke detector (against the law), mirror, mini fridge, chair, black out curtain. Moved to Rm 208. 2 dogs on floor barked till 1 AM. Filthy bed years of dirt between mattress & headboard. Manager never called back.

It was okay. The bathroom could have been cleaner. But the bed was very comfortable

Tv didn't work. Tried several times to get it to work. Asked for extra pillows. They refused. Smoke detector was ripped out of the ceiling.
