服務人員態度友善，房間有點小，不過很乾淨，住了第一晚到隔天中午空調壞掉很熱，告知服務人員幫我們換了另一間房，飯店附近有超市，離地鐵約三分鐘

The hotel is about 15-20 minutes metro from the central station and the cathedral. But it is only about 3 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. We stayed in 1/f with 2 large windows which we liked very much. The room is modern and spacious, with everything we need from bath robes to bottle water. Nice restaurant at 6/f with delicious breakfast.

Very clean room and very close to the Udine metro station (around 2 mins walk). Free breakfast provided is vey good with variety of selection (sushi, cheese, salami, chinese dumpling, salad, scrumble eggs). Comfortable bed and room with modern style. I really enjoyed my stay there. The only picky part is the wifi setting. You need to enter the number (provided by hotel which is up to nearly 10 digits) and password again when you login your computer or mobile device. And it would be more thoughful if the number provided by the hotel could be the same during my entire stay. I stayed for 4 nights and the number provided by the hotel only had 48 hours lifetime and henceI needed to ask the front desk to provde the number to me again when the previous one expired. And if you need both of your laptop and mobile device to get online, you need separate set of password for both devices. This hotel seems to fit more business trip user as I asked the front desk some tourist information, they don't seem to know about this. Overall, I would say the hardward is good (except the wifi part), but the software can have room for further improvement (I kind of agree previous comments that most front desk people don't provide warm service, they look pretty cool!)

No smile from the receptionist when we stepped into the lobby. No restaurant opened on public holidays and yet no eateries in the neighbourhood either. We practically had nothing to eat. That poor Chinese guy went to 6/f to prepare some salad for us and it took like 45mins. Of course it was all done by him. No chefs on duty. There then nobody manned the lounge on the ground floor. It is located in a residential area. Nothing to see and need to change train to get to the sightseeing spots. The room we stayed was with a window but blocked by the horizontal wooden panels. I wonder how I we could escape through the windows in case of fire. Top floor was claimed to command a good view of the city and yet it was blocked by walls around. Some buildings around are actually taller than it. However, the Chinese guy who helped out with our luggage was helpful and friendly.

A bit far from city center, 8 mins walk to metro station. There's a supermarket near hotel but close on Sun. Good breakfast buffet and helpful staff there.

Hotel em boas condições, localização boa, perto de uma estação de metrô, com um supermercado bem a frente. Atendentes não são simpáticos, especialmente os do café da manhã. Bom café da manhã. Hotel regular.

A/C need better level on summer

Hôtel atypique à la décoration industrielle intérieure (verre et métal), chambres et couloirs de différentes formes. Très propre. Plein de places de stationnement gratuites dans la rue autour de l'hôtel. Métro à 100m pour rejoindre le centre de Milan. Quartier résidentiel sans intérêt. Petit déjeuner varié servi au dernier étage (salle intérieure et terrasse).

Nära tunnelbana och buss. Enkelt att ta sig in till centrala Milano. Fräscht, modernt och bra frukost!

Fint hotel og fornuftigt standard. Ligger lidt i udkanten men nemt at komme til centrum. Værelserne var fine og moderne.
