Der Umagng mit den Gästen ist etwas problematisch, W Lan funktionierte nicht wie angeboten (nur teiliweise) - Schuld war der Gast; Reinigung des Zimmer erfolgte nicht tagsüber sondern sollte erst nach 16 h erfolgen, wo man sich bereits wieder im Hotel befand; Gut war: Kaffeeautomat im Zimmer und das Frühstück war mit großer Auswahl

La persona con la que hice el check in muy antipático. Se notó la molestia cuando al informarme que debía de pagar el IVA yo le dije que por qué no me habían informado cuando me confirmaron la reserva al correo y ni siquiera me respondió como si le hubiera importado un bledo mi pregunta.

Everything was top notch!!! The staff in Bogota is 150%. I will be back . Love the weather and the people! Not so much the traffic, but I can deal with it since everything else is +100%

The property was very nice and the price of the room was reasonable as well. There was free buffet breakfast every morning, not just a continental breakfast! We stayed in the hotel for 10 nights and the staff was excellent during our entire stay. The US Embassy was only a 5 minute walk. The restaurant was open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was excellent. There is a total of 5-6 restaurants and a Juan Valdez coffee shop on the first level of the premises. A very large mall is only 5 block walking. Parking was free and plenty of space to park. The rooms and linens were very comfortable. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean and well-maintained. There were several food options available on-site, including a 24-hour restaurant. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near a variety of other restaurants within walking distance.
