Its an older-looking hotel but the staff is very helpful and friendly. Very conveniently located in the center of the downtown area.

This was an overall positive hotel experience for me. The staff were professional and responsive to issues and needs as they arose. The hotel is well-maintained, quiet, and comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood seemed safe, with some small neighborhood stores and restaurants. The hotel restaurant is average, in terms of selection and food quality, but gets the job done. The room refrigerator worked well. The hotel only provides free in-room coffee for the first night, which is excessively cheap given the room price. Overall, I would stay here again when visiting Panama City.

La llagada fue pésima. Cuando me asignaron la habitación después de una hora y media estaba sucia y con un mal olor horrible. El mismo maletero le informó a los de recepción sobre las pobres condiciones de la habitación. Luego al cambiarme a la 1113 quedaron de llevarme agua y hasta el siguientes día en la tarde no me la trajeron y porque yo la pedí.

Condições em geral são boas. Dificuldades para quem não quer café da manhã incluso, pois não oferecem reposição de capsulas de café e chá no quarto e não há boas padarias por perto. Se quiser tem que pagar 1,5 dólares por cápsula . Acho antipático.

O quarto é bem amplo e limpo, mas precisa ser modernizado.

The hotel was comfortable and convenient to local dining. We were able to use the tour operator located in the lobby and had very good tours. We were surprised to find that we had to pay for breakfast, we thought it was included.
