Great place and beautiful rooms. However, food could be improved both breakfast and resturant in the evening.

Das Tigmiza Hotel ist wirklich das schönste Hotel, in dem wir bisher waren. Alles ist wunderschön eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, innen und außen. Die Außenanlage ist üppig begrünt mit drei unterschiedlichen Pools, davon einer beheizt. Es gibt verschiedene Restaurantbereiche, auch die sehr stilvoll. In einem Restaurant gibt es abends Livemusik. Das Personal ist insgesamt unglaublich höflich, zuvorkommend und dabei immer gut gelaunt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geräumig, die Betten groß und bequem. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und sind nur ungern wieder abgereist . . .

Prachtige villa's en uitermate sfeervol hotel met schitterende beplanting. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer was ruim, sfeervol en schoon. Een tegenvaller voor ons was het aanbod van vegetarische opties (met name in het westerse menu) en vooral de prijs van het avondeten en de drankjes (in de minibar en daarbuiten). Een fles water kost bijvoorbeeld 75 MAD/7 EUR en kraanwater is niet drinkbaar. Het verschafte water was niet toereikend.

Tigmiza is a truly special property and not only because of its beauty and amenities but for the incredible staff that make it a haven! We wish we could name EVERYONE who made this stay exceptional. However, we can give special mention to Guest Relations extraordinaire Oussama (this man is a gift to the establishment!) Nothing was too small or big for him to take care of on our behalf. And ALWAYS with a sincere smile. We see the next GM in the making!!! Spa Manager Soukaina and the masseuses we worked with directly were lovely and exceedingly competent in giving us several wonderful spa experiences. Mom is still talking about her Hamman! Finally to all the front desk staff, servers and bell staff, like Hamza, Redouane, Abderrafie and others we say THANK YOU! THANK YOU for helping provide such an amazing holiday!!! We look forward to seeing and reconnecting with you ALL again sooner than later :)

Mix of mediteranean menu snd Morocan was perfect and refined. Bed quality and comfort was top notch

Great hotel and staff are amazing. Everything we asked for was arranged / delivered almost immediately. Osama at the main desk was particularly helpful explaining everything.

Peut être plus de disponibilité au spa que je n’ai malheureusement pas pu essayer pq toujours complet

The staff was excellent! The property was very peaceful and the landscaping gorgeous. We enjoyed the food as well.

Genieten, alles is mooi. Het klopt gewoon allemaal bij elkaar. Meerdere restaurants, je kan elke menu in elk restaurant eten. Mooie poolbars en super mooie zwembaden. Heerlijk. Boek dit als je compleet tot rust wilt komen.

Amazing property, with stunning gardens and pool areas. Our room was very spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were excellent; very friendly, helpful and professional. A courtesy shuttle bus is available to the souk a few times a day plus the concierge can organize private tours if desired. They also have very good restaurants, with a mix of Moroccan and international dishes available. Overall, we had a memorable and pleasant stay.

Personnel aux petits soins des clients ! Hôtel calme qui permet de se reposer et le bébé a pu faire des siestes au top ... même près des piscines où règnent douceur et détente ! Je recommande cet endroit pour tous ceux qui apprécient calme repos et bienveillance Merci beaucoup 🙏

Fabulous hotel

A little paradise on earth and great escape from the bustling Marrakesh. The pools are fantastic (the heated one is a dream with the banana trees around it) and the team is very friendly. Just charging 9€ for a bottle of drinking water was irritating ..
