飯店位置便利，與新大阪站在同一棟建築物內。房間雖小，符合日本酒店的典型風格，但佈局合理。房間裡有按摩椅，觀光一天後非常舒適。不過，美中不足的是：電視櫃上總是積滿了灰塵。我不知道原因，也不確定飯店清潔時是否只注重浴室和床舖的清潔。

飯店位於新幹線車站內，步行1分鐘即可抵達禦堂筋線，搭乘新幹線約20分鐘即可抵達難波（道頓堀/心齋橋），交通極為便利。房間雖小但足夠使用。

Hotel yang sangat strategis menuju stasiun shinkansen tanpa harus terburu-buru. Kami sangat senang dengan pelayanannya dengan diberikan kamar yang cukup besar dengan view kota Osaka. Next time kami akan menginap lagi di sini.

Connected in Shin Osaka Shinkansen station.. Many resto and cafes downstairs.. The reception also very welcome explaining in English fluently.. The best is they provide massage chair in my room. Very recommended.

Not to bad, the good only location and breakfast. But the room very very small. Thank you. And no daily cleaning room. Staff in lobby also good.

โลเคชั่นระดับ สุดยอด การเช็กอิน เช็คเอาท์ เรียบง่าย อาจจะงงอยู่บ้างสำหรับคนรุ่น 3G ห้องพักมีขนาดเล็กมาก ค่อนข้างมืด ไฟแสงสว่างค่อนข้างน้อย โต๊ะทำงาน และมินิบาร์ใหญ่ และอยู่ในมุม ไม่สะดวกในการใช้งาน ไม่เหมาะกับขนาดห้อง เก้าอี้นวดไม่จำเป็นเลย เกะกะมาก ห้องน้ำเป็นกระจกใส ปิดได้ด้วยมู่ลี่ ไม่เหมาะสำหรับคนที่พักร่วมกันแต่ไม่สนิทกัน Amenities ดี แต่ไม่มีหมวกอาบน้ำผู้หญิง

The room is small. Do not waste your money and pay more if you think you can get a larger room. Find the cheapest room if you want to stay here.

perfect location... same building with train and shinkansen station easy to go anywhere and shinkansen station is side by side with the entrance design is minimal and modern also suit for business travel. I choose this hotel for my last day in Japan. hotel also very clean ... highly recommended...

ห้องแคบไป แต่อย่างอื่นดีหมด น้ำแรงมาก ที่นอนนอนสบาย โรงแรมสะดวกสบายมากอยู่บนสถานี ชินโอซาก้า ไม่ต้องเดินออกไปไหนไกลของกินร้านค้าเยอะมาก

Lokasi sangat strategis masih didalam station shin-osaka ambil arah central exit. Keluar lobby hotel ada MCD jadi tidak repot saat cari sarapan. Walau kamar sangat kecil tapi saya dan keluarga senang menginap disini. Dan akan pilih disini lagi saat berkunjung ke osaka.

Superb location right next to the Shinkansen entrance. Room is nice and clean. Water pressure in the shower is excellent.

Perfect stay, clean, and very polite staff!

Kamar lumayan luas, dari kamar bisa liat view kota Osaka. Bagi yang bawa koper cocok banget nginap di sini. Masih satu gedung dengan stasiun Shin-Osaka. Di bawah banyak jual makanan, top deh.

It’s very near from shin osaka station, you can easily find the convenience store and the hotel is very clean. The room is not big but its okay.. I will stay at this hotel again

very recommended hotel.. no need out from the station.. save time & money for transportation and no worry if you bring big luggages since the hotel is just step away from the central exit of JR shin osaka
