Nice hotel, friendly staff the only let down was the service at the attached restaurant.

Top Lage. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung hätte aber sauberee sein können. Auf dem Boden lagen noch Haare keine gründliche Reinigung. Aber alles in allem preis/leistung sehr gut

I cannot recommend enough this hotel enough. They had by far the best customer service of any of the hotels we stayed at during our 11-day trip to Europe. When we got there, they told us that they had upgraded our room from an interior room to a beachfront room for free! Then when we told the front desk that we would be leaving very early in the morning and asked what would be the best way to get to the airport, they immediately scheduled a taxi for us and then told us they would leave to-go breakfast bags at the desk for us since we'd be leaving earlier than their breakfast hours. The room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view and the front desk was incredibly helpful. The beach was right outside our room and there was a gelato shop right next to the hotel. I'd love to go back to Mallorca and I definitely plan to stay at the Saulo Beach Hotel when I do!

Nos dieron una habitación pequeña, en la parte trasera que estaba junto a la salida de la chimenea de la cocina, con todos los olores que eso conlleva y tener que tener cerrada la ventana y no pider usar la terraza.

Sejour de 5 nuits Nous navons pas pris loption chambre avec vue sur la mer donc balcon cote cuisine avec les odeurs sui vont avec... menage oublie un jour... Sinon des personnes tres agreables a laccueil. La plage de lautre cote de la route. Pour la demi pension le restaurant est un restaurant italien ce sui est dommage en espagne mais nous avons tres bien mange

Boutique Beach Hotel with excellent location, nice room balconies, awesome sea views and very friendly staff. The hotel is pet friendly and our Shih Tzu loved it as much as we did.

The reception was polite and friendly. We felt very welcome. We did not sleep though. The hotel has very thin walls and the noice from the street and other guests are very clear - and all through the night. Unfortunately. It’s a shame because the location is nice.

The property is at a great location; close to bus stop, shops, and restaurants. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. The restaurant has delicious food and wonderful staff.

Very friendly staff especially the reception ladies who were always happy to help. Only concern was loud neighbouring rooms at 2 am blasting music.

Super little hotel which we discovered about 6 years ago & have been back many times. Staff are just so helpful, cleanliness & service is superb! Less than 5 minutes by taxi from the airport & right on the beach front. Would not stay anywhere else! 👍

Die Lage ist ideal für Spaziergänge am Meer, für Surfer, zum Schwimmen, ideale Busverbindungen nach Palma. Ich kenne den Irt und habe ihn dazu bewusst gewählt. Das Hotel ist jedoch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt nicht mehr die gute Küche wie vor 6 Jahren, keine warmen Decken mehr für die Nacht, die Toiletten wurden unzureichend gereinigt, im Restaurant eher unfreundliche Bedienung. Aber in den Lokalen am Irt sind immer noch einige sehr gute dabei.

beautifully located hotel on beach front with amazing views , staff were very friendly , rooms were basic and you could hear next door , I had a bad cough and must have disturbed my neighbours so sorry .The showers were great very powerful.

I dont know if the fault lies with Expedia or the hotel, but for the record this hotel does NOT have a car park, despite the Expedia page saying "parking included" and "on site parking". You have to park on one of the back streets behind the hotel, if youre lucky enough. Lady on the check in desk was bery friendly, room was fairly standard, but fine for what we paid really. Wouldn’t want to spend more than a couple of nights though, but it suited our needs (except for the lack of car park).
