The apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped with toaster, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, dish washer... There were also few supermarkets nearby. The apartment was ~8-10 minutes walk from metro station.

Room is clean and comfortable, staff is nice, location is close to supermarket and MRT. But only one time cleaning service every four days. We will need to take clean towels at reception every morning.

酒店十分舒適整潔，房間有大陽台，可以看看周邊環境，感覺十分舒服。步行去聖家堂只是10分鐘左右，很方便。我相信我下次再來巴塞隆納一定會再入住。

We arrived at the apartment hotel at 6:30pm, the office was closed and we could not get in (the auto check in machine is inside the hotel). We managed to get in subsequently and checked in through the machine. We were told by the staff the next morning that they would send a password by email to the customer to enter the hotel if they arrive after office hour. However, we were not aware of this arrangement and we did not receive any email from the hotel nor from Hotels.com. However, the overall experience of staying in this hotel is very good.

Les Suites BCN sont très bien situées dans un quartier résidentiel tranquille et agréable qui regorge de commerces de proximité, des cafés et des bars. Emplacement central et également bien desservi par les transports en commun. L’appartement était fonctionnel avec une grande terrasse où il était agréable de prendre le petit déjeuner. L’intérieur de l’appartement aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement. L’insonorisation entre les unités laissait à désirer. Malgré cela, c’est une option d’hébergement très intéressante.

I was surprised by the positive reviews because our experience was disappointing. The main advantage of this property is its proximity to Sagrada Família. However, the apartment we stayed in felt cramped and lacked comfort. The sofa bed was badly worn and sagging, making it difficult to sleep on. Noise was also a major issue. Our apartment faced the courtyard, and conversations from other guests could be clearly heard early in the morning and late at night, making it hard to relax. Cleanliness and maintenance were below expectations. One towel had what appeared to be an old stain, and the sink repeatedly clogged during our stay. We also requested additional comforters, but they were not available when needed. The response from reception was not very helpful, and a promised explanation of the apartment’s features never took place. Overall, the apartment did not meet our expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, maintenance, or customer service. Aside from the excellent location, there was little that would make me choose to stay here again.

The reception staff was fantastic and so helpful. They communicated well before check in and helped us make sure we had everything we needed. If you want to spend time in the apartment, the space is very small, but it’s clean and a great efficiency apartment to use while traveling with modern amenities. It’s in a great location and provides everything you need!

The location was great—just a short walk to the Sagrada Família, with a grocery store and lots of restaurants nearby. That said, there were quite a few things we didn't love about the apartment. It was much smaller than we expected. We booked the room with two large twin beds, but it felt pretty cramped, and the shower in that bathroom was tiny. The AC setup was also frustrating since the three units couldn't be controlled separately, so one area would be too warm while another was too cold. The fridge wasn't cooling properly, and although the washer was advertised as having a dryer function, it didn't seem to work. The shower in the queen bedroom bathroom had very weak water pressure as well. We were assigned a second-floor unit with no balcony, and the living room featured a large decorative wall art piece that simply said "HOTEL." It felt a bit odd and took away from the cozy vacation atmosphere we were hoping for. Overall, the location was excellent, but the apartment felt very small for the price. Given the cost, we expected a much more comfortable stay and didn't feel it offered good value for the money.

Very niche hotel apartment, close to dinning venues, metro and the Sagrada Família cathedral, a bit small but comfortable, first time there didn’t have much time to really check it out cause we were out most of the time .

Excelente localização, quartos espaçosos e estrutura impecável!

If you are a business traveler, don’t book this. No desk, poor communication with host. The AC didn’t work during my stay. The staff is nice when there, but that’s about it. The location is good though for a family trip, but for business where you just need things to be in order, don’t do it.

O apartamento é muito grande, novo e limpo. A localização é excelente, muito perto da Basílica da Sagrada Família!! Tem padarias, supermercados e restaurantes perto. Eu me senti muito segura no bairro. E os recepcionistas são atenciosos e educados.

Apartment was large, spacious and had everything you need. Large patio area but due to the weather we didn’t get an opportunity to use it. Would be fab in the summer months! Staff were very helpful. Quiet location just off main road with supermarket & restaurants nearby, within walking distance.
