自助入住和退房，如有任何問題，前台會提供協助。飯店位於市中心，步行即可到達大通公園或札幌電視塔。房間舒適且充滿古樸氣息（我很喜歡）。房間乾淨整潔。對了，晚上11點房門會鎖上，但我們會收到大門的密碼。就這些，謝謝！ ☺️

very impolite and rude reception and staff.. room is dirty. you will be confirmed to check out since 9am...and if you want to put luggage you have to pay...

Lokasinya bagus..dari nakhajima stasiun sudah deket dan deket dg nakajima Park. Ke Odori Parka jalan sekitar 15 menit and clock tower. Hotel nya kecil tp lengkap untuk fasilitas nya dan bersih. Murah and free breakfast. Pilihan menu breakfast yang lezat dan sehat
