Endroit très propre et lit très confortable.

Tout était très bien. Par contre la chambre aurait besoin d’un petit peu d’amour. Le bain était cerné et le tapis était taché. Par contre le lit était très confortable.

A besoin de rénovation, grand ménage

La piscine pas propre et le spa des bébés avec couches .Les personnes mangeaient dans cet endroit. Dans la chambre ça sentait pas vraiment bon à cause des tapis

This hotel failed us on every basic level. We stayed for five days and couldn’t even get bandaids when we asked—staff told us they weren’t a pharmacy. Housekeeping never showed up once, even after repeated requests, and we ended up changing our own bed sheets.Then, after checkout, we were hit with a smoker penalty despite the fact that none of us smoke. When we called to dispute it, they claimed they couldn’t contact us because we booked through Expedia. When we checked-in we provided them our contact information. Somehow they had enough information to charge us, but not enough to speak to us.Between the lack of service, the dismissive staff, and the unjust charges, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had.

Le restaurant aurait avantage à offrir au menu un plat végétalien. Soyons au goût du jour! Il n’est pas nécessaire que ce soit quelque chose de compliqué, mais au moins offrir un plat!

I found the place to be outdated, the location is good, the room was clean but lighting not efficient and room looked very old! For the price of almost 220$ I would expect more, the bedding was good, cable not many choices, and not any electricity plugs placed where you could easily plug in your charger ot other thing that you may need!

Très bien placer aussi un Restaurant pour pâte sur place très bon et aussi pour déjeuner là bravo excellent.

Chambre très sale, draps pas propre,la chambre navait clairement pas été nettoyéz Le supérieur a refusé d enous changer de chambre et m’a donné des draps afin que lon changer nous meme le lit puisque selon lui lhotel etait plein et plus de personnel de chambre.

Showed up at 11 pm with three kids after pre-paying for a non-refundable room with 2 Queen beds. Front desk clerk told us they had no rooms for us and to call Expedia for a refund. He later advised they had rooms with King beds but would not give us one. Had to find another place to stay at 11 pm with exhausted children after a 7 hour drive. I will be in Sherbrooke several times for football games in the Fall. We will not be staying here and will advise other parents of our experience. It would have cost them almost nothing to just honor our booking and give us a room, even with a King bed. It will cost them several hundred (if not thousands) in lost bookings because of it.

Bel environnement exterieur. Beaucoup de stationnements. Nous avions un mini-patio avec 2 chaises qui donnait sur le boisé. C'était chouette. Le point a améliorer selon moi est vraiment la déco qui est démodée et lourde... Tout est brun, rien n'est lumineux.
