我丈夫先到办理入住，但因为酒店预订是我的名字，所以他没有拿到钥匙，被告知我必须亲自到场。我到场后，接待员才告诉他这个信息。结果发现，我下午4点做完朝觐后就到了酒店，但无法立即办理入住，而是被告知要等一会儿，因为接待员要换人。入住期间我怎么休息呢？瑞士酒店人手可能会有点短缺。这家酒店的其他方面都还不错。

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an issue I faced with the payment for my stay at Swissotel Makkah. Despite the payment being made with Traveloka, the hotel declined the transaction, which caused significant inconvenience. As a result, I was required to make a manual payment to settle the charges. This situation was unexpected and should have been handled more smoothly. I would appreciate an explanation of why the vendor’s payment was declined and any steps to prevent such issues in the future. Additionally, the Hotel has refunded my payment but it will take some time. I'm anxiously waiting and hope this can be settled as soon as possible.

Had a pleasant stay here. Connected to clock tower but also has a direct access to the street. The reception is also on the same floor with the two exits. The basement however was quite tricky to enter when we first arrive because its sister hotel - Al Maqam is nearby as well. Breakfast was great with huge halls filled with tables which accommodate evenly. Check in and check out process is quick and efficient. The guard filtering out people come and go from the hotel is also doing their excellent work. Wishing to be able to come back soon already. Thank you team!

Alhamdulillah, easy access to haram and friendly staff.

Hotel sangat bagus dan nyaman view sangat bagus. Tapi terkendali dengan pembayaran yang belum diterima pihak hotel sehingga saya harus memberikan jaminan sebesar 1000 real dan sudah 3 hari belum teralisasi.

Sempat diminta paspor/foto paspor, tetapi setelah saya panggil suami untuk minta foto paspor, langsung bilang nggak perlu lagi. Mungkin karena yang check in perempuan jadi mereka agak hati-hati kali ya.

Staff hotel pada saat check-in kurang komunikatif, kami dipindahkan sana-sini.
