Suami datang duluan untuk check in, tetapi karena pemesanan hotel a.n. saya, beliau tidak dikasih kunci, katanya harus ada saya. Diinfo FO bisa nanti langsung setelah saya datang. Ternyata selesai thawaf jam 16.00 saya ke hotel tetapi gak bisa langsung checkin malah suruh tunggu lagi karena akan ada pergantian petugas FO. Gimana bisa istirahat disaat jam check in. Sekelas Swissotel bisa kekurangan staf. Hal lain di hotel ini oke sih.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an issue I faced with the payment for my stay at Swissotel Makkah. Despite the payment being made with Traveloka, the hotel declined the transaction, which caused significant inconvenience. As a result, I was required to make a manual payment to settle the charges. This situation was unexpected and should have been handled more smoothly. I would appreciate an explanation of why the vendor’s payment was declined and any steps to prevent such issues in the future. Additionally, the Hotel has refunded my payment but it will take some time. I'm anxiously waiting and hope this can be settled as soon as possible.

Had a pleasant stay here. Connected to clock tower but also has a direct access to the street. The reception is also on the same floor with the two exits. The basement however was quite tricky to enter when we first arrive because its sister hotel - Al Maqam is nearby as well. Breakfast was great with huge halls filled with tables which accommodate evenly. Check in and check out process is quick and efficient. The guard filtering out people come and go from the hotel is also doing their excellent work. Wishing to be able to come back soon already. Thank you team!
