Great service, friendly staff, clean hotel. Not far from san padre pio church

Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Pool and bar area great. We struggled in the restaurant in the evening as the food was not very child friendly. Breakfast was lovely

Purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata molto deludente. La signora alla reception si è dimostrata poco gentile e piuttosto scorbutica, ben lontana dall'accoglienza che ci si aspetta da un albergo a 4 stelle. Le camere sono datate e avrebbero bisogno di un ammodernamento, mentre la piscina appare poco curata e leggermente abbandonata. L'aspetto più grave, però, è avvenuto al check-out: ci è stato richiesto nuovamente il pagamento del soggiorno, nonostante fosse già stato saldato tramite Expedia. Solo dopo le nostre spiegazioni si sono scusati, ma è difficile credere che si sia trattato di un semplice errore, soprattutto considerando che la richiesta è stata rivolta a una persona anziana di oltre 80 anni. Inoltre, ci sono stati richiesti 10,00 € di tassa di soggiorno per quattro persone per una notte, quando l'importo corretto era di 8,00 €. Anche questo episodio ha lasciato un'impressione molto negativa. Nel complesso, il servizio non è stato all'altezza della categoria dell'hotel. Esperienza decisamente insoddisfacente e che non mi sento di consigliare.

Ac bad we didn’t sleep all night

Clean room with good size, ok for 3 adults. Nice pool area. Great service, only some small troubles because of language barriers, there were no one that speaks English. Nice spa with good prices. Good Italian breakfast, extra plus for making excellent coffee.

Staff was cheerful and courteous. Breakfast was delicious. I loved the room we reserved with the large patio overlooking the pool. Two recommendations….get rid of shag carpet under table and we did not have sufficient space for clothing….we could have used a dresser.

Generally not bad, a bit tired, but they charged us €75 to pull out a bed that was already in the room. Daylight robbery

We enjoyed our stay. Recommendations more desserts with nonalcoholic options and a few more dinner menu options for vegetarians and dinner options without beef and pork. Maybe a lamb option. Great staff and friendly. Made our stay very lovely.

Camera pulita, ottima colazione come tutte le volte che siamo stati ospiti. Arrivederci all anno prossimo.

We booked the property on first week of June, we didn’t know that they don’t turn their AC on around this time. According to the staff at the front desk, it’s cold and just open the windows. I found it a little weird, I think they should leave that option to the guests but unfortunately, their AC is controlled centrally and you can’t do anything in the rooms. Towards the end of the night it became stuffy so glad I booked only one night.

Small room nut enough for 3, foods and the bar are very good

Camere superior pulizia nella norma , doccia senza soffione ma con un getto da idropulitrice , consiglio le suite molto comode doccia con soffione effetto pioggia e pulizia molto buona

O hotel é muito bonito e tudo bem moderno, café da manhã muito bem servido com garçons e muita organização. A localização é ótima. Fomos de trem , estávamos sem carro é mesmo assim dava para subir aos pontos turísticos pela entrada do Santuário de Pe. Pio pela rampa bem enfrente ao hotel! As recepcionistas são muito solícitas e nos ajudaram com táxis e informações que pedimos.Aprovado

Excellent service and hotel

We like the hotel and it is very close to the place we were visiting. It is basic, clean and efficient. It is highly recommended if you are staying on a budget but looking for a quality stay.
