ประทับใจทุกอย่างค่ะ ทั้งบรรยากาศ รสชาติอาหาร พนักงานทุกท่าน โดยเฉพาะคุณ Sophai GSA ให้คำแนะนำต่างๆได้ดีมากค่ะ และคุณ Oil (Vero Restaurant) ใส่ใจในรายละเอียดมากๆ ดูแลได้ดีประทับใจมากค่ะ ภายในห้องกว้างขวาง สะอาด สะดวกสบาย ลงตัวมากๆ ถ้ามีโอกาสไปเที่ยว จะกลับไปพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

Great hotels in a secluded area. Hotel and room facilities are great. Breakfast is awesome.

Great hospitality with friendly staffs. The room is clean with comfortable bed, full amenities and even a beautiful beach bag is provided for the guests. Just a little bit setback that the hair dryer is a bit dented but still usable and the JBL speaker kinda starts rusty. The breakfast spread was awesome! The pastries are really tasty. We spent first night dinner in Vero restaurant, which the ambiance is really nice and food is delicious. The environment in the hotel made us feel relaxing and the pool is superb! Overall, we really enjoyed the stay.

Had to change our room 3 times, the first room was dirty, dead insects everywhere seems like it hasn't been cleaned properly. The second room had a broken air conditioner and mosquitos flying everywhere, but overall the staffs were really friendly, and we've got an upgrade after we told them the situation.

My boyfriend and our two other friends really enjoyed our stay! We were welcomed warmly upon our arrival and our deluxe room was really spacious and clean. After checking in, we went out for a stroll around the whole resort and after we returned to our room, the room floor was really wet and we almost slipped! I guess it was something wrong with the air-con because we did let it switched on while we were strolling outside. So we called the front desk for help, and asked if they could send somebody to mop the floor because it was really slippery. While waiting for the cleaner to come, we filled up the bathtub water but the water that flowed off was yellow colour. We voiced out to the front desk as well. 10 minutes later, a worker came in and checked our air-con and a cleaner also came to mop our floor. After checking, the worker told us to wait for a call from front desk and left us. We waited for awhile but theres no call so we called front desk instead. They said they were arranging something so they offered to call back later. So after 5 minutes, front desk contacted us and told us they will offer a free room change for us and asked me to pack our things and a staff will lead us to our new room. We waited for 30 minutes but still nobody came. It was around 9PM already and we were really tired after swimming at the pool and beach. So finally 30 minutes later a staff came and helped us to move to a new house. The new house layout was the same but there were more complimentary drinks and a carpet on the floor so it felt really good. But regarding the bath tub water, the water that flowed out was still yellow colour. We asked front desk bout this problem but they said it was dues a rainfall in the noon that cause the water to a bit dirty so they asked to let the water flowed until it became clean. We did let the water flow for like 15 minutes but theres no changes at all. We were really tired that time and we really wanted to take a bath after swimming at the beach so yeah we just bathed with the yellow water. But other that this issue, we really enjoyed the stay with Pullman). Hope that we get to stay with Pullman again in the future (Hope theres no more issue with our future stay too)
