Restaurant and cafeteria were excellent, staff and food. Very reasonably priced for the quality of food and drink.

Prachtige lokatie. Het centrum van Lorca is alleen maar bereikbaar met een auto, maar de nabijheid van het kasteel maakt alles goed.

Beautiful hotel with amazing food

Another good Parador. A warm welcome on arrival. Staff throughout the stay were polite & attentive. Room was immaculate and a decent size. Breakfast was a relaxed affair with a sufficient selection. The dinner in the restaurant was excellent and well presented. Parking on site was very good.

Excellent location for short stay (have to take car into town). Limited pool opening hours a little odd - surrounding paving stones could be cleaner. Obvious lack of staff in dining area.

All the services provided by this hotel were excellent, backed by a very well trained staff.

Rooms old fashioned but spotlessly clean. Staff mixed. Some really nice, some gave the impression They could not care less. Bar area lacking in any kind of ambience and a bit of an afterthought. Also constantly having to find staff to order/ pay for drinks. Great meal there first time, awful second time. I felt like the chef was on his night off the 2nd visit. Need to work on consistent service in my opinion. Unfortunately I would not return

The staff wasn't helpful and very inconvenient to get there. In the top of the mountain and nothing to offer. The property was under construcción

Lovely hotel for a one night stopover but a bit of a challenging walk into town!
