Situado en lo alto de una colina, junto al castillo, hace que las vistas desde la terraza bar sean increíbles. El personal muy amable y servicial. Como siempre en Paradores. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, dispones de aparcamiento gratuito. El único pero es la piscina, que al srr es cubierta no es lo ideal para Julio.

É um hotel que vale o nosso tempo para recomendar . Tudo muito impecável a conservação do hotel, serviço, o atendimento e e a limpeza, piscina e spa limpo e novo. O quarto espaçoso, camas confortáveis, a ducha spa . Foi o melhor café da manhã que tivemos na Espanha. Quando tiver na Espanha voltarei e indico este Hotel Castelo.

Flott hotell på en høyde, rett ved siden av Castillo de Lorca. Hyggelig personale hele veien, store, rene rom, god seng og godt trykk i dusjen. Spiste både i kafeteriaen og i middagssalen. God mat og drikke til en ok pris. Er ikke noe frokostmenneske, men det er godt utvalg. Bassenget var altfor varmt på denne tiden av året! Hotellet ligger en liten kjøretur fra Lorca sentrum, ca 13 min.

Wow!! Very impressive but not for the faint hearted to travel there

This hotel is all about location with fantastic views and close proximity to the castle. The pool was a bit disappointing as the pool itself and the pool area were particularly warm so not altogether refreshing on a hot day. We enjoyed an evening meal outside in the cafeteria area. Breakfast was okay but a bit expensive for what is on offer. Overall, a good stay but subject to the exceptional views not particularly special.

Really nice location and view. Excellent breakfast. The rooms were nice and clean and all the needed amenities present. You need a car to get to and from the town. Else recommendable for everyone.

Long walk from town and taxi numbers reception gave us were unattainable. Swimming pool was too hot for July. Would recommend getting hotel closer to amenities.

Parador espectacular, moderno pero totalmente integrado. Una auténtica gozada para no perdérselo.

Oppholdet var veldig bra, kafeteria og terrasse flott og frokosten bra, fine lokaler, moderne og rene. Det var imidlertid veldig lite informasjon tilgjengelig både om hotellets fasiliteter og om Lorca som sted. Flott sted, men veldig dårlig og lite informasjon

Very impressive infrastructure and very impressive view over looking the whole city. Looks and feels like the palace it is. Receptionist even added a touch of French in his welcoming.

Truly beautiful location. Excellent food and such friendly staff. Immaculate. You can feel the history. Next to Castillo de Lorca. Outstanding for the price !

Ganz hervorragende Location. Sehr schöne und große Zimmer, großes 2- Zimmer-Appartements. Habe in Zimmer 801A übernachtet und war total begeistert vom Appartement und dem tollen Blick aus den Zimmern. Großes und komfortables Bad. Einfach überragend. Sehr gute Parkplätze. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider konnte da das Gastronomie-Personal bei weitem nicht mithalten. Die Kellnerinnen haben ihr bestes gegeben aber das männliche Personal, insbesondere an der Bar/Terrasse waren ein Albtraum. Zuerst hieß es vom Kellner der Terrasse/Bar er sei "full" und würde uns nicht bedienen, was in diesem Fall hieß, wir würden gar nichts von der Bar bekommen aber das Restaurant war noch geschlossen, somit keine Möglichkeit, um ein Getränk zu erhalten. Ein anderer Kellner verstand kein Englisch und erst nachdem ich eine Kellnerin gefunden hatte, erhielten wir nach einer halben Stunde Wartezeit den gewünschten Aperol Spritz und ein Glas Sangria. Später beim Dinner wieder sehr lange Wartezeiten und auch hier konnten nur die Damen das Dilemma einigermaßen verhindern. Beim Frühstück wieder total überfordertes Personal. Wir waren zuvor in 3 anderen Paradores, wo die gewünschten Omeletts anstandslos erhalten hatten aber hier hieß es nur "das geht nicht" oder "das gibt es nicht" und das noch in einer unfreundlichen und herablassenden Art und Weise. Wir mussten dann ohne das gewünschte Frühstück das Hotel verlassen. Fazit: Super Hotel aber Personal schwach.

Nice pleasant hotel and comfortable stay. We chose the hotel because it was a Spa hotel however we were very disappointed to find out that the Swimming pool and Spa were only open for 4 hours 4:30 - 8:30pm. We already had other things planned after checking in and were therefore unable to use the facilities that afternoon. We were planning to use them in the morning for an early swim, so that was a negative for us.
