Nice and clean hotel with very good breakfast!

Very friendly staff! They were able to accommodate all of our needs. Breakfast was great as well.

Hotel situated in the "old" town Astana ( not the new Astana build 1998 dibvided by the river ) as it was at 500lm from my meetings it was ok nice swimming pool and sauna by the way

Отель хорошо отремонтирован. Везде чистота.Номер очень просторный, полностью укомплектован. Завтраки хорошие. Район не самый центральный, но до делового центра можно добраться за 10-15 минут. Персонал вежливый.

Fint indrettet hotel. Roligt. Rent. Pool, motionscenter så fine ud. Restaurant var rigtig god. Morgenmad udmærket/rigtig god Hotellet ligger lidt (50 min gang) uden for centrum. Udmærket vej /fortov at gå på hele vejen. (Taxa er også en billig mulighed) Fint standard hotel. Hjælpsomt personale. Vil gerne bruge hotellet igen.

Понравился ресторан Фергана. Понравилась вежливая отношение персонала. Есть хорошие залы для проведения конференций. Отличный бассейн с сауной и джакузи. Не очень понравилось место расположения отеля. Отель находится далековато от центра города, приходилось пользоваться такси для деловых встреч в центре.

Convenient clean and reasonably priced. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good breakfast included in the rate.

Only stayed one night but arrived very early in morning on first day. Staff were extremely accomodating and you can pay a little extra for an early Check in. Excellent room, modern, clean and well equipped. Only praise for the staff and their hotel. Thanks

Hotel mit hilfsbereitem Personal und sehr gutem Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind gross und bequem. Das das W-Lan funktioniert einwandfrei. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in Gehdistanz.

Anreise gegen 8:00 Uhr, trotzdem Frühstück ohne Aufpreis erhalten. Busverbindung in die Stadtmitte ca. 10 Fahrt.

Just a quick stop over. It was a pleasure to have such excellent receptionists with very good English and all other staff in the hotel were fantastic, very friendly and efficient. It was hard to find and we did drive around for quite a while looking for it and the neighbourhood behind the hotel is not very nice certainly NO evening or even afternoon strolls

Hotel mediocre,lejos del centrp pero con un personal de recepción muy bueno pero intentaban sacar dinero al cliente en cada cosa. Por 1h de early check-in cobraron la mitad de una noche sin avisar!
