First room that was given to me has very hot ac no wifi signal no drinking water ang phone is broken, second was good, but when I checked out I asked how much I need to lay then I pay, sudden when I'm in cebu already they called and ask me again for payment for the coffee that was not billed:(so sad Its feels so bad. Its my ist time maybe my last!

The service that I've god was splendid. They were able to take care of my needs which is a spot on. Even though their single accommodation rooms were not that spacious but the dining area and living area were quite spacious.

Exceeded my expectations. Staff is really hospitable and accommodating. Location is great.

Apart from the big spider, which was at the bathroom but the frontdesk gladly assisted, the experience was great. But maybe check on the beds, the foam kinda sucks you in.

Clean room, comfy bed and pillows. One thing I was off a bit was that there was no available towel upon check-in, the attendant though politely explained that it hasnt artived yet from the laundry. Nonetheless, it was a great stay. Kudos to the staff who cleaned the room on my 2nd day, it was sparkling clean.

I was extremely happy with my stay, the beds comfy and the facilities more than adequate. All the staff I spoke with were helpful, friendly and very professional. A most comfortable stay!

the hotel is good and relaxing and I find peace when I am there, but the only problem is there service, I complained about the cr flush but they didn't give time to fix it

Everything was great. Friendly staff and clean rooms. However, the AC unit is very noisy.

The staffs are accommodating and helpful. Near Jollibee and Sto Niño Shrine.

The receptionists aren't that accommodating. They lack customer service. However, the other staff are great. The room as well is exceptional. Do note that the living room is common for two rooms.

The column of the room is blocking the aircon flow going to bed making it hot. Although the air conditioner unit was working properly and was cold, the room was not cooled properly

My family had a wonderful stay here. The pad itself is nice and the location is accessible from the city.
