My family stayed in Hotel Centro on the second week of January. Apart from being a quite new and modern hotel in Palawan, we were so overwhelmed with the services. The kindness and hospitality of the staff are indeed remarkable. The hotel very well served its purpose to my family: to let them rest and recharge for few days. The foods, the room and the facilities are equally perfect. Plus a bonus to witness one of the biggest events in Palawan direct from their room window. Hotel Centro is highly recommended. We will certainly be back again.

I booked this for my sis and nephew. They enjoyed so much especially swimming in the pool. The hotel is nice and clean. We will definitely go back.

The room was a bit small but comfy. you have free toiletries and bathroom was clean. plus factor is their heated pool and wifi working well. accessibility wise, very near to shopping malls, pasalubong center, airport and tourist spot.free shuttle service to/from Puerto Prinsesa airport. the breakfast buffet is good. overall we enjoyed our stay.

The room was spacious and clean, the hotel itself is great, specially the hotel. Staff are very kind, polite and very helpful, They actually make you feel special and the food was good. The swimming pool is clean and relaxing .

We ate at their new year's countdown, foods were not satisfying as well as their breakfast. Room is small and the shower is worst. Flies are big as squash seeds in their resto, I told the attendant but she didn't care. They told us that the fireworks display will last up to 15 minutes but only last for 5 mins.

Good considering the price we pay for it. The structure is old already and the room is too small that we requested to be transferred.

It was ok however it would have been better if we were advised beforehand that pool is under maintenance during our stay since that is one of the main consideration why we booked this hotel.

Overall experience is great! The hotel just had a problem with internet connectivity that time. The location in very convenient very near Robinson.
