汶萊這家飯店不錯，謝謝。位置很方便，去哪裡都很近。

我於2026年2月6日至13日入住，體驗還不錯，但承諾的接送服務並未兌現。飯店比較老舊，衛生狀況也不太好。早餐是包裝好的，員工態度冷漠，房間裡的無線網路時斷時續（訊號很差），大廳和咖啡廳都沒有無線網路。紙巾也需要主動索取……飲料只有兩瓶，沒有熱水壺。浴室的淋浴設施很脆弱。只有空調冷氣效果不錯。退房時間最晚是下午1點，我要求延到下午2點，因為下午1點以後飯店不讓客人待在房間裡，如果想在房間裡等候，需要支付10汶萊元。最後我們只能在大廳等候，那裡沒有無線網絡，洗手間在二樓。

位置不錯，價格也合適。如果飯店能加強維護，或是客房設施升級得更乾淨、更現代化一些，那就更好了。

這是一家老酒店，但空間寬敞，而且靠近市中心。小提醒：您需要自備牙刷，吹風機可以向前台借用。

I’m very thankful for the hotel’s free airport pick-up service. I had some issues at the airport, but the hotel kindly arranged the transfer twice for me. The room was clean and serviced daily. The location is perfect — easy to walk to the main attractions in the city center. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely 10/10! I’ll recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Brunei. 🌟🙏

Perfect for solo travelers—close to the city center and bus terminal. Free airport transfers both ways, totally worth it and hassle-free!

Awalnya takut karena dibilang hotelnya tua banget. Tapi ternyata enggak kok. Bersih, luas, dan helpful banget puan dan tuannya. Plus dapat free shuttle juga ke airport. Yang penting jangan lewat dari jam 9 malam baru bayar $10.

28 tahun yang lalu saya 2X menginap disini masih sama walaupun tentu banyak yang sudah lapuk tapi masih bersih.

Hotel-nya nyaman, bersih, lampunya terang putih, koridor juga terang sehingga nyaman berjalan tengah malam, lokasi strategis dekat dengan waterfront tinggal berjalan kaki. Kami dari Airport download aplikasi taksi online menuju ke hotel. Terima kasih Jubille Hotel, saya senang menginap dan jika ke Brunei ingin stay di sana kembali.

Nice staffs, the location of this hotel is near to the center of the city. 👈 We can go by 15-20 minutes to the tourism object such as: Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque. And the hotel also provided free airport ride service during office hour. I will choose to stay in Jubilee Hotel again if coming to Brunei again.

The hotel service is EXCELLENT. 👏 the location is NEAR to the centra of the city (particularly to Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque) around 15-20 minutes by walking. ⚘ therefore, i will choose this hotel again IF i come to Brunei.

The room is so Big, have 2 bedroom. But the bathroom is not clean enough, we smelled something bad. And the lift is not working, so we have go to level 3 with stairs.

Khách sạn này tuyệt vời về vị trí, rất gần các điểm tham quan, có thể đi bộ thoải mái. Nhân viên thân thiện.

Saya menginap 3 malam di sini, ramah pelayanannya meski belum saatnya cek in, resepsionis sudah mempersilahkan untuk ke kamar. Pelayanan resto/cafe orang Indonesia semua jadi enak kami di sana banyak ketemu saudara dari tanah air. AC dingin, Air panas Ok, kamar setiap hari dibersihkan. Sarapan enak makanan di resto juga enak koki orang Indonesia jadi lidah kita familiar dengan rasanya.

This hotel located in the centre of city, easy to reach some tourist destination like the great mosque Omar Saifuddin, Kampong ayer, Kiangge market and mall.

The room so smelly, shower not functioning well, rusty sink water in the bathroom. They didn't take any action even after we complaining about it

Good hotel and good service and clean.
