Hotel is very cozy, nice view. Check-in very smooth. The only thing that wasn't good was the last night of my stay. The receptionist, who helped me book the room for my next trip stay in Fraser Suites, was not friendly and she didn't do her job properly. Hopefully, she can do better in the future.

My husband asked for a razor three times, and it never came.
