hotel very good. near kimyong market and Lee garden. hotel have bathtub. very clean but cleaning service no good. I put my duplicate hotel key at room. but the cleaning service get my key so all the food in my fridge is stale. I ask customer service, they no say sorry. after that they ask me the key lost at outside room? If sure want me pay 300 bath. i am not pay because I say lost inside. the cleaning service get my key.

shower room floor very slippery. Dangerous. tile grout in shower area moldy

All went well as planned. No problem with the service and staff are friendly and helpful.

Fasilitas lumayan oke, kamar mandi kebetulan dapat yang ada bath tub dan ada yang khusus shower saja dengan dibatasi sekat, kurang tau memang semua begitu atau kebetulan. Posisi hotel dekat dengan Kim Yong Market, jadi pagi bisa belanja di dekat hotel, banyak pilihan mulai dari snack, oleh” sampai pakaian juga, bisa nitip koper di lobby kalau sudah checkout tapi masih mau jalan-jalan. Naik tuk tuk ke Central Hatyai dari hotel sekitar 100-150baht sekali jalan.

We booked a day after Christmas. Was told by reception to wait for 30 minutes before the room is ready. We ended up waiting for an hour. Plus, there was a tour bus coming in after us but they were prioritised before us. Recommended but not during peak season.

酒店在市中心，下楼就能找到吃的非常方便，出了大门往左边走3分钟是去Lee Garden夜市，往右边去2分钟是去Kim Yong market.酒店有免费停车场。

Staff was friendly. Hotel located near night market. Okay for staying here.

1. Location is good. 2. 0.2 km way to Le Garden Plaza/night market. 3. Front of Kim Yong Market, open at 7 AM. 4. Transportation in front of the hotel (tuk tuk). 5. Room clean, complete with coffee maker, tea sachet, and sugar. 6. But no toothbrush. 7. No deposit when you check in. All is good, I will come back here and stay at this hotel again, very satisfied with the services and everythings.

The hotel is very near to the city center very clean room.
