Excellent breakfast, quiet neighborhood and nice staff. Supermarket is in 5 minutes walking distance. The guesthouse is a little bit far from the station, better take a bus, especially in cold winter or with heavy luggages. The bus stop is just at the front door of the guest house. A few minutes bus ride can bring you to the city center and the railway station.

Nice owners! It’s a bit out of the way but bus stops are very close. Mattress very firm. Small shower. Dated room. Overall we really enjoyed our stay because we were only needing a place to sleep and shower. I definitely would stay again. It feels very safe here. Restaurants are down the road about 5-10 minute walk. 30 minute walk to Royal mile/Princess. Bus is like 5 minutes from the main areas.

The check in and out was very handy no issues. The room was clean and very comfortable and had everything you needed. In a great location with a bus stop into town literally right across the road- the hosts were on site if needed!

Prima locatie ten opzichte van de stad en een vriendelijke ontvangst. Wij hadden de kleine kamer op zolder. De kamer werd dagelijks netjes opgeruimd en voorzien van handdoeken, heel fijn. Het bed was niet heel goed en de kamer was erg warm en wat gedateerd. Al met al hebben we een prettig verblijf gehad.

Freundliches Personal, immer bereit zu helfen. Kleines Zimmer. Wände und Decke könnten hin und wieder von Spinnenweben befreit und die Vorhänge mit den Stockflecken, sollten mal gereinigt oder erneuert werden. Bad: klein. Zimmer und Bad wurden auf wunsch täglich gereinigt,.

The location of this place was very good. About a mile to the Royal Mile, Castle and Market. Good choices of restaurants in walking distance. 1 of the smallest places I've ever stayed at. I'm 6'0" and I barely fit in the shower. Hardly any room for our luggage without tripping over it. The people running the place were so great. So friendly. Always available for any issues we had. Their 1 son was even an Uber driver which made things very convenient.

The guest house was great for what i needed. Location was perfect - lots of buses that stop right outside and take you directly up to the city centre, but also easily walkable as well. The guest house is also close to the start of trails for Arthur’s Seat. It was very easy to check in and check out, and the guest house was super clean.

La família que lo regenta son muy atentos y agradables. Estuvieron pendientes de que no nos faltara nada y de que estuviésemos lo más cómodas en su alojamiento. El alojamiento está muy bien comunicado con el centro ya que hay una extensa línia de buses que pasan por delante del guesthouse tanto de dia como de noche con mucha frecuencia.
