Second time staying there thinking getting the suite room would be an upgrade. But this time the toilet didn't flush properly and the reception claimed that all Thai toilets cannot flush toilet paper. After we insisted that we wanted a room change, the reception first claimed that they were full house, then started accusing us of clogging their toilet. Finally, they allowed us a room change. The new room had a weird pee+cigarette smell, but at least the toilet worked.

Staff ramah, bersih, mur-mer, recommended untuk traveler.

Lokasi strategis, gak di minta deposit, depan hotel ada 7eleven.

ทำเลที่ตั้งดี ใกล้รถไฟฟ้าสถานีพร้อมพงษ์ เดินนิดเดียวถึง ใกล้ห้างต่างๆ เอ็มควอเทียร์, เอ็มโพเรียม, เอ็มสเฟียร์, IKIA เดินทางสะดวกสบายมาก ห้องพักสะอาด มี welcome set เป็นตะกร้าขนมและผลไม้ ห้องพักไม่ใหญ่ และไม่ได้เล็กเกินไป ขนาด 2 คนพัก ไม่อึดอัด การบริการ หน้า front ดี ห้องอาหารใช้บริการแค่อาหารเช้า คุณภาพอาหาร ok พัก 2 คืน มีข้อเสียอย่างเดียว คืนที่ 2 แม่บ้านทำห้อง ลืมใส่ผ้าเช็ดเท้าในห้องน้ำ โทรหาพนักงานทุกเบอร์ ทั้ง operator, reception, housekeeping แต่ไม่มีใครรีบสายเลยสักเบอร์ และก็ไม่มีใครโทรกลับมาที่ห้องพักด้วย

3Rd time staying at 2 bedrooms at this hotel within 1 year. Next to famous noodles stall and MTR. Miscommunication during check out but was solve within seconds. Will come back again for the 4th time.

This has been my favorite place to stay so far for a budget and convenient travel. Location is superb and price is super!

The rooms were incredibly spacious, providing ample room to relax. The comfort of the beds and cleanliness of the facilities were impressive. However, I found the breakfast to be just fine, not exceptional. Despite this, the overall stay was comfortable and satisfactory.

Bed and pillow is like 6 star hotel. It is so comfy. Air conditioning is cool. Hot shower is perfect.

Near bts. Easy access all facilities. Good for stayed after party.

Hotelnya lumayan hanya showernya gak bisa berfungsi udah komplen tapi gak diperbaiki, depan ada sevel dan banyak makanan enak, dekat juga ke BTS Phrom Pong and dekat Mall Emperium bisa jalan kaki.

Arize Sukhumvit hotel has always been our first choice of hotel whenever we visit Bangkok. This trip happened to be my husband's birthday celebration, the room decoration and complimentary cake indeed gave him a pleasant surprise! Thank you Arize for always been thoughtful and being customer centric 🙏

I am requested to get a high floor room but I didn't get it. I get a noisy room which is I get not enough of sleep.

Ruangan besar banget, lokasi enak kemana-mana terbukti kiri kanan diapit hotel-hotel bintang lima. Bersih, hasle free. Ada smoking room kalo mau gak ribet.

Vị trí gần trạm BTS, ăn sáng ngon. Phòng hơi nhỏ, sạch, Sẽ quay lại Trân trọng
