Nhân viên rất tốt bụng, chúng tôi trễ giờ tàu chạy mà taxi đi sai đường, anh ấy nỗ lực liên hệ tài xế đồng thời người khác ráng vẫy taxi và cuối cùng chúng tôi kịp giờ tàu. Tôi vội đến nỗi chưa kịp nói lời cảm ơn. Tôi mong họ nhận được sự cảm kích của tôi.

The minus is only no laundry room, other are good enough.

Hotelnya bersih dan nyaman, makanan juga enak dan bisa request makanan khusus muslim. Lokasi cukup strategis dekat dengan tianfu square dan stasiun chendu metro (stasiun loumashi). Ballroomnya juga sangat luas. Pembelian dengan aplikasi juga mudah mengurusnya di hotel ini, cukup menunjukkan paspor dan kode pemesanan saja.

The hotel is located next to the metro station and has very kind service.It would be better if you can provide rooms which the bathroom are not transparent. As I travel with my friend ,it is a bit awkward that as I was showering my friend could see my shadow from outside the bathroom.

Good location next to subweb nice and helpful staff but some lack of English

Had a pleasant stay. Staffs helpful. Cozy and clean. Location is the only issue - not much activity and happenings in vicinity bt subway/metro is nearby
