We ask for higher a bit the heater it was gold , we arrived 9pm cold. No way to higher the heater , she went and brought me heater ( external devise ), so we connect that 30-40 minutes later the electricity shut off, we went down no body there I call he answer me to move to other room for this night and come back tomorrow , I ask him to give me the other room for the hall of my stay they refuse why ???. Then he said now midnight stay there sleep, tomorrow I try to do something with my colleague, maybe rebate not sure ,I left message after no one answer back .

Location is good near bus stop and nearby train lots of place to eat and have supermarket around the area. The hotel itself is clean and modern look convenient as there is an elevator. It shld been good stay if the room we booked is available when we check in. We book a double room for 3 pax and when we arrive the receptionist say the room that we booked is not available in thier syatem and say maybe because i booked third party. She then offered us 2 rooms (room 205 and room 209), we was told no additional fee and can move tmrw to the room we book maybe the next day. As we are tired from 17hrs flight we agree to take the rooms. Room 205 was good coz near the elevator. Room 209 was outside and have to go out no shelter and steps to get in. There is a terrace yes but there are pigeons around and there poop are all around outside our room. To save the time and hassle we didnt move to other room the next day lucky we only stay 3 night. Also this hotel does not clean or tidy your room everyday and our rooms was not cleaned or tidy for our entire stay. Towels also nit replaced but we ask the 3rd day. No free water and free coffee was not refilled for our entire stay. Towels are very small, and Room 209 have a very bad smell every time we enter.

Schönes zentral gelegenes Hotel - modernisiert. Wirklich guter Standort. Die Betten waren weich und in der Mitte leider durchgelegen. Die Zimmertür schloss nur schwer wenn man sie hart ins Schloss fallen lies. Was nicht gut war der Kühlschrank im Zimmer machte die ganze Nacht laute Geräusche - ständiges rattern wie bei einer netzwerkfestplatte und alle 10 Minuten ging der kompressor laut los - erholsamer Schlaf ist was anderes. Ansonsten konnte ich die dünnen Wände anderer Rezessionen nicht wahrnehmen. Im großen und Ganzen war es okay - das Max Brown hat aber diese Mangel nicht aber halt auch keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer…

Otel konum olarak merkeze yarım saat yürüme mesafesinde çevresindeki sokaklar güzel çok temiz ve kaliteli bir otel. Odamızda mutfak bile vardı ve yatakları çok rahattı. Çalışanlar çok tatlı ve yardımcı olmaya hazırlar, otel kalite olarak fiyatının üstündeydi diyebilirim gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz

Rezeption war sehr bemüht. Das Zimmer sehr nett.

Fantastic location and great staff. The beds were extremely comfortable but made sounds when moving around so you’re not as comfortable with the stability of it.

Close to Naschmarkt, rooms after renovatoin, beds are so soft, not comfortable.

Je n’ai pas petit déjeuner sur place mais des cafés sont tout autour et c’est très proche du métro, idéal !

Nice clean room that was quiet with a large bathroom. I enjoy the location to city center with good restaurants also near the hotel.

Zimmer und Bad sind sehr sauber. Das Bad mi offener Dusche ist sehr groß. Frühstück können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir ausserhalb gefrühstückt haben. Cafes und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.

Also das Zimmer war nicht wie auf den Fotos Im Badezimmer war die decke fast komplette durchnässt, Fenster war undicht Also für ein Zimmer über 130€ hätte ich das nicht erwartet! bin extrem enttäuscht konnten uns im Zimmer kaum bewegen weil es extrem eng war. Also wie gesagt die Fotos stimmen auf Garkeine Fall überein. Ich bestehe auf eine Entschädigung. Weil dieser preis ist nicht fair für so ein Zimmer!!

The room was clean and easy to access. The beds were really comfy. The staff were kind and helpful. The area was quiet and close to many things. I definitely recommend!

Das Hotel könnte eigentlich sehr gut sein. Eigentlich! Die Lage ist top. Direkt in der Straße gibt es eine Bushaltestelle und nicht weit auch die u Bahn Station, sodass ihr alles super erreichen könnt. Das Zimmer ist auf den ersten Blick sehr schön. Minimalistisch eingerichtet. Leider quietschen die Betten dermaßen, sodass man von jeder Bewegung aufwacht (Hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten). Auch die Geräuschkulisse von der Lüftung aus dem Flur war sehr laut (waren im 5. Stock). Abends sitzt keiner mehr an der Rezeption. Sie haben einen Check in Automaten, was sehr cool sein könnte, wenn man nicht nochmal bezahlen müsste. Ich hatte extra vorher gefragt, und da wurde mir versichert dass ich am Automaten nicht nochmal zahlen muss. Unter der Servicenummer war keiner zu erreichen und es war erst 22:30 Uhr. Nun ja dann haben wir es halt nochmal bezahlt in der Hoffnung, es am nächsten Morgen direkt zu klären. Leider vergeblich. Angeblich lag ihnen keine Zahlung vor und ich sollte mich später nochmal melden, wenn die Chefin da ist. Nochmal gemeldet hieß es sie überweisen mir das Geld zurück. Nach vier Tagen keinerlei Zahlung zu verzeichnen. Nach erneuter Anfrage sollte ich eine iban Nummer rausgeben, wo das Geld drauf sollte. Auch das hat nicht geklappt. Erst nach schriftlicher Aufforderung kam das Geld schließlich an. Die Antworten waren sehr sehr unfreundlich und auch das Personal vor Ort leider auch. Aber Wir konnten beim Check out unser Gepäck dort noch verstauen.
