Old room and creepy place. May worm yung isang bed.

Contact number was not updated. I was trying to call them to inform that I will be arriving late for check in due to delayed tour in El Nido. tired and exhausted from Island Hopping and 6 hours travel from El Nido I was expecting that I could immediately rest upon arriving despite of not informing them since indicated on their description here that they have 24hour frontdesk, but unfortunately the Pensionne was already closed upon my arrival around past 12mn. my impression upon arrival was "w** is this closed?" because it seems already close and no longer operate as it looks (mukha siyang haunted hotel). it took them almost 30mins before they open the door to accommadate me (I was kinda panicking na because all I wanted during that time was lay my tired body in a comfortable bed being not on a familiar place hindi ko alam bigla kung ano kailangan ko gawin but still I continue to knock their front door). The room looks very very old (you may not notice in their photos here in Traveloka) and really needs renovation. I also ask if I could extend for another 5hrs before check out since my flight will be 8pm pa and I am also willing to pay for the extension but they refused to accommodate as there were already guest booked for that room they suggest that I could leave my luggage in their hotel while I wait for my flight and go around the city. hesitant at first I decided to entrust my luggage to them which I also do in other places Ive went through but another disaster happen only to found out when I was already at the airport they've stolen my powerbank (nakakadisappoint to the highest level talaga). good thing I've decided to bring with me my other belongings. The only goodthing in their hotel is being punctual in serving your breakfast.

Thank you for the accommodating, alert and friendly staff. I have peaceful stay here. Very affordable, accessible to commercial center. Recommended place to stay.

The staffs are nice and accomodating and the hotel gives a warm and cozy feeling.
